Welcome to my temple.

It flows in and out of us.

We are safe in the here and now.

We own this land,

But now we free from conditioning.

We are liberated.

We are safe.

Safe from your past.

Safe from your future.

We are accessing the eternal now.

We accessing another layer of reality.

We remove and let go.

We surrender.

We don't control,

We flow.

Is a constant.

Death and rebirth.

Inhale with me.

Hold the in and release it.

Allow your arms and spine to move.

Feel the freedom of a liberated soul.

We embody who we are.

Now because you can drop the conflict.

All those years we've been running or chasing or escaping.

Now it's time to drop the fight.

We are not fighting no more.

We are not chasing no more.

In the silence of the mind we find the drums of our hearts.

Salmon the oneness.

We are one.

This division is illusions.

Everything around you.

Things,

People,

Cells.

It's all you.

Everything in your way is a tool.

Everything serve you.

And we learn to go with the seasons.

We learn to move slowly and gracefully.

We learn to enjoy every single moment of the process.

With ends harmonious.

Absorb the energy from the earth and radiate it to the sky.

We are divine miracles.

Divine love.

Express and dance.
