Transcript

Let's begin by putting our hand over our heart,

Close our eyes and wait until we can feel the heart palpitations.

Once we feel the heart palpitations,

We're going to take three deep breaths,

Inhaling through our nose and exhaling through our mouth.

Inhaling that cold air entering our nostrils and elongating that exhale,

Feeling the warm air leaving our mouth.

Once we have our third exhalation,

We can return to a comfortable breathing pace.

Imagine now that you are walking across a brick pathway.

There is a sense of serenity as the breath caresses your skin and hair,

The birds are chirping and you can feel the warmth of the sun in your skin.

Everything about this place exudes peace and tranquility.

The pathway winds up and leads to a garden.

This garden is perfectly kept with countless flowers of every color and every type.

As you continue walking,

You decide to sit on a nearby bench located in front of a large water fountain.

This water fountain is like no other that you have seen.

From what you can perceive,

There is pure,

White,

Brilliant energy abundantly flowing through the fountain.

Taking a deep breath,

You decide to pause and take in all the beauty that surrounds you.

The scenery feels like a warm embrace for all your senses.

As you soak in all the details around you,

You notice that the fountain is changing.

The water-like energy transforms into a flat surface from which you can see images.

The images coming through show you the moments that created a big imprint in your life.

There are happy moments,

Challenging moments and sad moments.

You notice how the difficult moments created toxic clouds around your heart,

And while you were not always at fault,

The toxicity impacted everyone involved.

You realize that you still carry many of those toxic clouds impacting your dreams and aspirations.

These toxic clouds are holding you back from your highest potential.

As you have this realization,

A golden basket appears in front of you.

In this basket,

You can put your worries,

Your fears and any toxic cloud left from the difficult moments in your life.

As you set the intention to release what no longer serves you,

You see a dark cloud coming from your heart and moving until it rests inside the basket.

It is now time to pour the basket's content into the fountain,

Where pure white energy dissolves the contents.

With this experience,

You immediately feel lighter,

Clearer and more energized.

With deep gratitude for this experience,

You now know it is time to return.

You turn around towards the pathway,

And with each step,

You can see that the scenery dissolves in front of you and you return to the here and now.

Take one deep breath and as you exhale,

Feel how your body is now in a much calmer state.

When you are ready,

You can slowly open your eyes.
