Hello,

I'm Bri,

And this is a seven minute meditation to bring stillness to the body and the mind and allow the truth of the soul to rise to the surface.

We'll do this by focusing on our breath and our heart center,

Creating space for quietness and wisdom to arise.

I will then guide you through gentle questions where you can allow your soul's wisdom to naturally flow.

To get started,

Let's find a comfortable position.

This can be laying on the floor with a pillow propped under our head,

Maybe under our knees for lower back support.

Or if you're more comfortable,

You can find a seated position.

Take a moment to find a place that's comfortable for you.

Let's begin to find a place of stillness within our body,

Bringing our awareness to our breath,

Beginning to feel our legs and our arms begin to grow heavier.

Now bringing our awareness to our heart center,

Let's imagine that we're inhaling through the back of our chest,

Filling up the heart space,

And then holding at the top to allow a place for stillness,

Then exhaling through the front of the heart,

And once again,

Creating a space for stillness at the end.

Let's do that again.

Let's breathe in through the back of the heart,

And then holding,

And then exhaling through the front of the heart,

And once again,

Holding for stillness.

We can do that two more times.

Breathing in through the back of the heart,

And then holding,

And then exhaling through the back of the heart,

And holding,

And finally,

Inhaling through the back of the heart,

Holding,

And then exhaling through the front of the heart,

And holding for stillness.

Now bringing your breathing back to its natural tempo,

Remember,

There are no right or wrong answers,

We are simply creating a space for our souls to speak and guide us in what they truly want,

And we can do this with allowing our thoughts to emerge to the surface through our subconscious without the need to be logical or even the need to make sense.

So taking a deep inhale through our chest,

Filling up the lungs,

And then exhaling.

What is it that you truly want to experience in this lifetime?

What is it that you truly want to experience in this lifetime?

What would it feel like in your body and your spirit to experience this?

What would it feel like in your body and your spirit to experience this?

What small step can you take to get there?

It's okay if there's nothing that arises or something that doesn't quite make sense yet.

Just allow whatever emerges to emerge at its own time.

Let's seal in this newfound knowledge with a large inhale and ending with an open mouth sigh,

Taking an inhale and then exhaling with a sigh,

Now bringing some awareness back to your surroundings,

Begin to feel the floor or the chair under your body,

The sounds from your environment,

Maybe bring some emotion back to your fingers,

Your toes,

You can shake your head yes and no.

When you're ready,

You can flutter your eyes open.

I hope that you can take your soul's knowledge with you throughout your day and your night.

Namaste.
