Back with another music meditation.
If you've been feeling stressed,
Anxious,
Overwhelmed,
Frustrated,
Bored,
Perhaps even joyous,
Loving,
Peaceful,
Celebratory,
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay,
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to our awareness of something beyond the pain,
Beyond the worries.
You can lie down or sit up,
Whatever you like,
Bringing more awareness to your whole body.
Dropping the shoulders away from the ears,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
Relaxing the eyes as you look inside,
Witnessing and welcoming the mind as it is.
Becoming pure space.
Lean back ever so slightly and imagine that your back is opening up into pure space like the night sky.
And the space just above your head.
And exhale out the mouth.
This time inhale three times through the nose.
And exhale three times out the nose.
Three inhales through the nose.
Three in.
And allowing your breath to return to normal.
Silent,
Quiet breathing in and out the nose.
So you soften the whole body.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to allow your mind total freedom to think.
Having love for your body as it is.
Having gratitude for all that the body does.
The color for today is blue.

And the animal is a kangaroo.

The significance of spelling words is because words are like spells.
So be conscious of the words that you're using.
Not just with people,
But internally.
