Back with another music meditation just to soothe,
Relax,
Calm down,
De-stress,
Come back to our center.
Come back to the present.
If you've been feeling stressed,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Overwhelmed,
Lonely,
Bored.
Perhaps even joyful.
Somewhere in between.
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.
Getting comfortable,
My friend,
You can lie down or sit up.
Close the eyes or leave them open,
Whatever feels right.
Witnessing and welcoming all that's inside.
The energy,
The emotion,
The sensations.
Observing with awareness,
Embracing whatsoever is observed.
Taking a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Building a new life,
New energy.
And exhale all life,
All energy.
Let it go.
Breathing into the whole body.
Exhale,
Relaxing the whole body.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
The eyes.
Relaxing the belly as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Taking a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Taking a deep breath in and holding that breath at the top,
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Of your mind's been wanting to think,
Now's the time to allow the mind total freedom to think as you look inwards,
Witnessing and welcoming all that's inside.
And letting go of thoughts.
Coming back into the body.
Coming back into this moment,
Unlike any moment that's been before.
Feeling the aliveness of this moment.
Taking a deep breath in.
Followed by deep breath downs.
Becoming aware of how you're sought.
Becoming aware that you're alive.
We live to see another day.
New opportunities,
Possibilities.
Give one last deep breath for now.
And exhale.
Color for today.
It's turquoise.
The number.
It's 9 billion.
And the animal is an antelope.

Sometimes we keep postponing things till we learn more or till we grow to a certain stage,
Then we will get to that.
But sometimes we need to get to that first for the growth stage to even happen.
