Welcome my friend,

You're tuned in to OMHAKU.

I'm your host Ma Moon,

Back with another music meditation just to soothe,

Just to relax,

To let go,

Just for you.

If you've been feeling overwhelmed,

Stressed,

Anxious,

Depressed,

Experiencing loneliness,

Tiredness,

A lack of motivation,

Lack of clarity,

Inspiration,

Feeling lost,

Misunderstood,

Perhaps even joyful,

Whatsoever you feel,

Know that you're not alone,

That millions if not billions of people around the world can relate.

That being said,

Getting comfortable,

We're going to take some deep breaths,

See if we can come back to trust in the unfolding of life,

Come back to our awareness of something beyond the anxiety,

The worries,

Frustrations,

Fears,

Feelings,

Dropping down from our head into the heart space,

Be safe to close the eyes,

Feeling your heart,

Tuning into this moment through the heart,

Breathing in love for yourself,

Coming back to the blessing that is having love for other people,

Placing yourself as you are,

As you breathe in,

Relaxing the shoulders,

Relaxing the belly,

Relaxing the face,

The jaw,

The lips,

The forehead,

Breathing in slower and softer,

Back to faith in yourself,

Faith in life,

Faith in others,

As you breathe in,

Becoming aware of your presence as you hold the breath,

And exhale,

Letting go,

And if your mind has been wanting to think,

Now's the time to let your mind be totally free to think.

Way to stay with you,

My friend,

So happy you joined me today,

Thankful for your presence,

Thankful for your life in this existence,

Living another day,

Relaxing the shoulders,

Relaxing the face,

Opening the heart space,

Coming back to self-love,

Coming back to compassion,

Trust,

As you breathe in,

And breathe out,

The color for today is green,

The number is 37,

It's a baby zebra,

Taking one last deep breath for now,

Holding that breath at the top,

And exhale,

Remember to have faith in yourself,

To believe in yourself,

To say to yourself,

You can do this,

It sounds like a cliche thing to say,

Almost cheesy thing to say to yourself,

But it can really make a difference when facing challenges,

When facing obstacles,

To be aware when your mind is being defeatist,

And to shift into a more empowered thinking process,

You can do this,

You got this,

And with that,
