Hello and welcome to this meditation.
I am Renee Main and we are going to melt into a meditation that is designed to calm that busy monkey mind so you can find some stillness,
Some peace.
Let's begin.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathing in to the count of four.
Holding.
Breathing out to the count of four.
Hold at the count of four.
Doing that again.
Breathing in to the count of four.
Hold and breathe out to the count of four.
Hold.
Every time you breathe deeply we can begin to slow that busy mind.
Giving yourself permission to make sound begins to silence that busy mind.
So we're going to breathe in again and on the out breath make some sound.
You might even want to jiggle your body a little bit.
Shake your body a little bit.
Let's breathe in.
Breathe out.
Doing that again.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Every breath has a sound.
Can you give yourself permission to make some sound?
Let your body relax.
As your body begins to relax say to yourself,
I wonder what my next thought is going to be.
And we wait.
We wait.
And when the next thought enters into your mind just let it pass like you're driving by that thought.
You don't need to look back in the revision mirror.
You don't need to fast forward to think ahead of what thought is coming next.
Take your time to just relax in that stillness in between each thought.
Can you let your body melt a little bit more?
A little bit more.
Can you let those thoughts melt into the ethers with no judgment,
No shame,
No expectation.
They simply come in and out as easy as we breathe.
Can you relax your jaw?
Can you relax your shoulders?
As you begin to notice those thoughts begin to take up less space.
There's more space in between each one.
Giving yourself full permission to not control your mind.
Simply let it be.
Working with the mind while tuning in body,
Soul.
Imagining in your mind that black space.
Noticing the space in your head from ear to ear.
From the crown of your head to the top of your neck.
The full circumference of your head.
Noticing that black space.
Noticing that black space in your neck.
As we notice that black space from your left shoulder to your right shoulder.
From the center of your chest to the back black space.
Noticing the circumference of your chest,
Your ribcage,
Your shoulder right down to your fingertips.
Noticing that black space.
There's no rush.
We have all the time in the world.
As that black space you notice your core,
Your digestive system,
Your hips,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your ankles,
Your feet,
Your toes.
Noticing that black space.
From the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
That black space.
Noticing how still it is there.
How quiet it is there.
And if there's any niggles,
Any tension,
Any contraction in your body,
Any thoughts,
Just noticing them.
Accepting them.
Breathing into them.
Inviting them into that black space.
Feeling them melt into that black space.
As you begin to notice that black space,
You have no body.
You're infinite.
Noticing that space,
That blackness.
Noticing that space in between.
That blackness and where you are in the universe.
Noticing that black space and allowing yourself to melt so you become one with the universe.
Melting into wholeness.
You are that.
Allowing yourself to breathe and melt with every breath.
Every breath you melt into the universe.
You give yourself over to the universe a little bit more and a little bit more.
As you feel held,
Supported by the universe.
You're drenched in nectar of unconditional love.
As you feel yourself,
As you feel it drip into your marrow,
You can finally let go.
Let yourself be soft.
Allow yourself to replenish,
Recharge,
Rejuvenate.
There's nothing you need to know.
There's nothing you need to do.
Allow yourself to receive,
To give yourself over,
To melt.
We're going to move into silence so you can have your own time,
To have your own experience.
As you continue to give yourself over and over and over to melt a little bit more and a little bit more.
Placing a smile on your lips.
Noticing how good it feels to feel whole.
In the richness of now we do not yearn for anything.
Beginning to open up your breath.
Breathing life into this newly found peace.
Wholeness.
Oneness.
Feeling held.
Supported.
You are always held.
Always supported.
When we zoom out,
We get to remember who we really are.
This is who you really are.
Beginning to open up the breath.
Feeling yourself in your body.
Noticing how different it feels.
Giving yourself over to the body.
The body's intelligence guides us,
Reminds us,
Shows us,
Calls us.
Bringing back some gentle movement and when you're ready and only when you're ready,
Blinking open your eyes.
From my cosmic heart to your cosmic heart,
I send you big,
Bold,
Beautiful love.
I am Renee May.
Until we meet again.
