Welcome to the Tree of Life Meditation with Rin Gargalinsky.
This is a Reiki meditation meant to ground you to the Mother Earth and connect you to Father Sky.
Let us begin by calling in the Reiki energy,
Inviting the Reiki angels and all beings of light that wish to join us,
And asking that the Reiki please imbue you with what you need,
Release what you no longer need,
And let the blessings be.
Begin by closing your eyes and taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Up into your crown chakra,
Exhale slowly through your mouth.
Take another deep breath in,
Up into your crown,
Feeling the light and the Reiki,
Oxygenating your mind,
Clearing your brain,
And letting all thoughts dissipate,
Exhale slowly through your mouth.
One more deep breath in,
Feeling the Reiki energy,
Feeling the clearing,
Feeling the cleansing,
Exhale slowly through the mouth,
Feeling every muscle in your body relax.
Keep breathing in through the nose,
Up into the crown,
And out through the mouth,
Establishing a peaceful,
Steady rhythm.
Let your breath go in and out at its own slow pace,
Let it go,
Let it flow.
Continue to breathe deeply,
As I count down from five to one,
And your body becomes even more and more relaxed.
Five,
Feeling the relaxation.
Four,
Feeling even more relaxed.
Three,
Feeling the relaxation going down through your entire body.
Two,
Feeling the relaxation come out your toes.
And one,
You are so deeply relaxed,
Your body is heavy,
Comfortable,
Cradled by the earth and warmed by the sun.
Now take a deep breath to clear your mind,
Inhale through your nose,
Letting all the oxygen circulate,
Clearing your mind,
Letting the thoughts just waft away like clouds in the sky.
Let them go.
Concentrate on your breath,
The deep,
Steady rhythm,
The inhalations,
The exhalations.
Keep breathing steady,
Slowly,
Feeling the relaxation.
Move down your neck,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Torso,
Hips,
Legs,
Out your feet.
Now envision roots growing out of your feet,
Roots growing out of your tailbone.
The roots are reaching down into the core of Mother Earth,
Down,
Down past the crust,
The mantle,
The layers of rock and dirt and crystal,
Down into the molten core,
The heart of Mother Earth.
You are so relaxed and so connected to the heart and soul of Mother Earth.
Gently bring your attention to your heart and envision a time in nature when things were absolutely beautiful.
You felt loved,
Comforted,
Brilliant,
And alive.
Now take that gratitude and send it down from your heart,
Down your roots,
Down to the heart of Mother Earth.
She accepts your love and reciprocates,
Sending a strong,
Solid,
Lovely beam of love back up to you.
Accept her love.
Feel your heart open and begin to glow,
A deep green emerald glow emanating from your heart,
Emanating up your shoulders,
Up your head and neck.
Now envision branches,
Branches growing out of your shoulders,
Out of your arms,
Out of the top of your head,
Around your crown.
The branches are reaching upward,
Up,
Up,
Up into the sky,
Up through the atmosphere,
Up past the moon,
Up past the sun,
Up past the stars,
Out,
Out,
Higher and higher than the galaxy until they reach,
They touch,
They connect with the Great Spirit of All That Is.
Send that love from your heart up to the Great Spirit.
Feel the Spirit accept your love.
Feel the Spirit reciprocate,
Sending love right back down,
Down through your branches,
Down through the sky,
Down into your crown chakra where it mingles with the Reiki,
Where it enters your heart and your heart is warm and open and full of love.
Relax into this love.
Relax into this connection.
You are the tree of life,
Connected to the soul of Mother Earth,
Connected to the Great Spirit of All That Is,
Full of love and vibrancy.
Relax in this loving place.
Now envision a great ball,
A warm ball,
A big sun coming down.
It is brilliant,
It is beautiful,
And it too is full of love.
It comes down around you,
Envelopes your entire body,
Keeping you safe,
Keeping you protected.
You may release anything you need to release,
But only goodness can come in.
Only goodness can come in.
Breathe deeply.
Relax.
Let go.
Release.
Now envision the roots connecting you to Mother Earth and watch them gently dissolve.
The roots may dissolve,
But the connection remains forever.
Envision the branches connecting you to the Great Source of All That Is.
Watch them gently dissolve.
The branches may dissolve,
But the connection is there forever.
Feel yourself in this magical place,
Wholly supported by the Earth,
Wholly energized and blessed by the Great Source of All That Is.
You are in the middle,
The tree of life,
Strong,
Stable,
Vibrant,
Growing,
Full of love,
Most of all,
Full of love.
Bring your awareness back to the room you're in,
Back to your body.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
