Her aim is to widen the community of love & kindness one breath at a time by sharing words that provide space for you to find answers within. She hopes her offerings assist in finding the sacred pause off the cushion. Yoga has been her practice for over 25 years and teaching it for almost 10 years. She completed a 200 hr. Yoga teacher training with additional training in pranayama, yoga nidra, restorative yoga & chanting. She finds herself in a teacher-student loop. Additionally, she holds a B.A. in History & Education with a minor in athletic Coaching followed by a diploma in School Counseling.
