Welcome.

There is nothing that you need to fix right now.

This is just a moment to rest and connect inside yourself.

An invitation to imagine or simply sense that somewhere in your body there is a gentle light.

It's not bright.

It's not demanding.

But that light is steady.

This light does not shout instructions.

It hums.

It knows how to guide you.

The way a river knows how to curve.

The way roots know where the water lives.

You do not steer this light with effort or force.

You steer the light by softening,

Breathing slower.

Notice what happens as you allow your jaw to relax.

Your shoulders melt and your breath drops lower.

Your inner system is at its best in this state.

It's at its best when you do not push,

When you don't criticize,

When you allow your inner system to be its best.

If your mind shows you a mistake,

See it now as a message.

A tiny course correction,

A bend in the river.

It's information.

It is not an identity or label.

Your inner guide is not disappointed.

Your inner guide is curious and adjusting.

Feel that quiet intelligence responding.

It's recalibrating,

All without effort.

You do not need to rush this journey.

You are invited to stay in the relationship with the light that's already here.

If it helps,

Place your hand now on your chest or belly and silently say,

I trust my inner guidance.

I allow myself to learn.

I am safe to adjust.

Let the hum return.

Let the light steer the wheel.

When you're ready,

Carrying this knowing,

Having the awareness of that steady light.

Not as something to remember,

But as something you already are.

Take a nice,

Deep inhale again through the nose.

And release it out.

One more time.

Inhale slowly.

And release it out.
