In the "Creating Space for Me Meditation," you are invited to focus on cultivating a personal space that is purely yours. This meditation guides you through a gentle reflection on the many pulls and demands that shape your day, helping you to acknowledge the need for balance and time for yourself. Through mindful breathing and visualization, you'll create a sacred bubble of peace around you, a personal sanctuary where you can recharge and restore your energy. You'll learn how to strengthen your boundaries and create a non-negotiable space for yourself. This process allows you to regain control over your energy and direct it in ways that nourish you. You’ll leave feeling centered, refreshed, and empowered to face the rest of your day from a place of fullness. I recommend you listen with headphones to get the full benefits of the Bilateral Music.
