Welcome to today's meditation.

This practice is dedicated to those moments when the emotions surrounding infertility feel overwhelming.

When it all seems too much to bear.

This is a space for you to pause,

Breathe and allow yourself to feel held and supported.

Infertility is a deeply personal and challenging journey,

Often filled with a mix of hope,

Frustration,

Grief and longing.

Today we'll focus on creating a safe space for those emotions,

Offering compassion to ourselves and reconnecting with a sense of hope.

And a possibility.

Remember,

You are not alone.

This meditation is here to remind you that even in the hardest moments,

You are worthy of love,

Understanding and grace.

Take this time to breathe deeply.

Let go of any need to fix or change and simply be present with yourself.

You are here in this moment and that is enough.

Whatever you're feeling,

Sadness,

Frustration,

Anger or hopelessness,

Know that it is valid.

You don't have to push those feelings away right now.

Instead,

Let's create a space where those emotions can be held gently,

Allowing hope to softly find its way in.

Take a deep breath in and let it out with a long sigh.

Feel the ground beneath you,

Steady and strong,

Holding you up.

Allow your body to relax bit by bit.

Let your shoulders drop,

Your jaw soften and your hands rest.

Take another deep breath This time,

Imagining it reach all the way into your heart.

Let it expand there,

Gently loosening the tension that might have built up.

As you exhale,

Let go of any pressure to fix or solve anything right now.

This time is for you.

Notice how you're feeling in this moment.

There may be sadness,

Anger or fear.

Or maybe it's exhaustion,

Longing or even numbness.

Whatever it is,

It's okay.

Imagine placing these emotions in a soft,

Safe container.

One big enough to hold them all.

You don't have to carry them alone for now.

Let them rest here,

Cradled and supported.

Now,

Bring to mind the most loving,

Compassionate presence you can imagine.

This might be someone you know,

A spiritual figure or even a warm golden light.

Imagine this presence wrapping you in unconditional love,

Whispering,

You are not broken.

You are not alone.

You are deeply loved,

Exactly as you are.

Let these words sink in.

Repeat them to yourself if it feels right.

You may wish to repeat these silently to yourself or out loud.

Whatever feels right for you in this moment.

Now,

Bring your focus to the idea of possibility.

Infertility can feel like a heavy,

Unyielding wall.

But hope is like a small crack of light that begins to grow.

Visualise a tiny seed planted in the soil.

At first,

It's hidden,

Buried under layers of earth.

But slowly,

It begins to sprout,

Reaching towards the sun.

You may not see its growth yet,

But it is happening,

Quietly,

Persistently,

Courageously.

Repeat to yourself.

Even in this darkness,

Growth is possible.

I trust that my journey is unfolding in its own time.

I am open to the unexpected miracles that life can bring.

Feel your breath steady and unwavering.

Your breath is your anchor,

Carrying you through each wave of emotion.

With every inhale,

Draw in strength and resilience.

With every exhale,

Release the weight of doubt and fear.

Remember,

This moment is just one chapter in your story.

It is not the entire book.

Before we end,

Let these affirmations guide your heart.

I am more than my struggles.

I am worthy of love and compassion.

My journey is uniquely mine,

And I trust in its unfolding.

I am allowed to feel hope.

When you're ready,

Begin to bring your awareness back to your surroundings.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,
