Sat Naam.

Welcome to the shamanic journey meditation.

Take a few moments to get really comfortable in any position that feels right for you.

Getting really comfortable.

Now softly and gently closing your eyes,

Bring your awareness to your breath,

Your full awareness to your breath.

Whenever the mind wanders,

Just come back to your breath.

Now surrendering all of your efforts completely,

Bring your awareness to your heart centre,

The space in the centre of your chest.

I now invite you to bring the resonance of your breath into your heart centre,

And we do this by humming as we exhale,

A low gentle rumble of a hum as we exhale,

Humming into your heart centre,

Continuing to hum into your heart centre.

Let's now go on a journey with sacred shamanic sound.

Follow your heart,

Feel from your heart,

See from your heart.

I'll be back in a few minutes.

Relaxing all of your efforts,

Leaving the breath behind,

Leaving the hum behind,

Just simply being in stillness.

Bringing your awareness back into the room,

Back into your body.

Bringing your palms together,

Rubbing your hands.

Now placing your hands just in front of your face,

Slowly start to open your eyes,

Taking some time to get used to the light once again.

Slowly sinking your hands to a prayer posture,

Sat Nam.
