I was in tears when I found this. The overwhelm still lingeries but is now manageable. The overwhelm now seems doable & much less critical! I no longer feel like I'm drowning. (You nailed it.) I will be ruminating on, "Clarity comes from doing....". My thoughts instantly gave me feedback with resistance. But my thoughts don't get to drive the train. I do. It was.the support & shift I needed to quiet the sobbing. Another takeaway is to practice, "I am capable" affirmations. You brought a new perspective as to "why" I'm feeling the overwhelm in the first place! Thank you greatly!
