Take a deep breath in through your nose.

And with your exhale,

Just imagine your mind,

With all of its activity,

Sinking into your heart.

And the heart takes care of your mind.

And immediately,

Calms it down.

Taking care of the worries of the mind,

Of the busyness.

Taking it in its warm soft nest.

And stay there,

With your attention,

In your heart.

Breathe into your heart,

And without thinking about it,

Feel the energy of your heart in your chest,

This soft,

Loving feeling.

Connect with it.

Stay there,

With your attention,

With that feeling,

Softness,

Compassion,

Kindness.

And imagine that feeling,

That energy,

As a white light,

A ball of white light.

And as you breathe into it,

Allow it to slowly expand,

Slowly filling up your whole body.

Sinking all the way down to the tips of your toes,

And rising up to the top of your head.

Your whole body filled up with the love of your heart.

For a minute,

Just rest in that love,

In that light.

Allow it to balance everything out,

To heal everything,

To harmonize everything.

You don't have to do anything,

Just surrender to it,
