Open the heart — calm the mind — and rest in the natural state of love. This guided meditation gently awakens the love that has always lived within you. By placing your attention directly in the heart, the body softens, the mind becomes quiet, and the natural qualities of the heart begin to reveal themselves: joy, compassion, kindness, peace, and effortless happiness. As the heart awakens, the sense of separation dissolves and you begin to experience life from a deeper intelligence — an intelligence rooted in oneness, presence, and love. Nothing needs to be fixed, changed, or understood. You simply rest and allow the love within you to shine.

Sit up,

And close your eyes.

Keep your back straight.

Take a moment to settle yourself,

To find your center.

Take a breath and relax into your body,

Relax,

Allow your system to calm down.

Now,

Place your left hand on your heart,

Feel your heart,

Feel it beating in your chest,

Feel its energy within you.

Take a steady and deep breath right into your heart.

Hold it there,

And exhale completely.

Another slow and steady breath into your heart.

Hold it,

Feel your heart,

And exhale,

Relaxing into the heart.

Keep breathing,

As if you're breathing with your heart.

Stay present with your heart,

And with its energy,

Feel the love in your heart being activated,

And the heaviness of the body becoming lighter,

An awakened,

Open heart,

And a calm body.

Stay there,

With all of your attention,

In your heart,

The more present you are with your heart,

The more its immense love awakens within you,

And the more your heart awakens,

The calmer the mind becomes.

Feel it.

Allow yourself to feel the love.

Feel yourself entering a state of stillness,

Your attention softly focused on this sense of love,

That feeling that brings a little smile to your face.

And stay there,

Stay with it,

And feel how it becomes more and more intense,

More and more all-encompassing,

As if you are resting in an ocean of love,

Without trying to understand it,

Just trust it,

Experience it fully,

The happiness,

The love,

The joy,

The compassion,

That which has been within you forever,

Let it live,

Let it live,

Let it take you over,

Completely surrendered,

And rested in love.
