Quantum Breath is an dynamic breathwork technique designed to awaken your energy, balance your nervous system, and bring you back into alignment. This guided journey moves through four stages of progressively faster breathing — deep inhales through the nose and full releases through the mouth — followed by short, intentional breath holds at the top and bottom with a gentle squeeze to lock in energy. This practice revitalizes the body, balances your inner rhythm, calms the mind, and restores equilibrium on a deep energetic level. Perfect for when you need to reset, ground, and reconnect with your power and presence.

Welcome,

Fellow breathers,

To another guided breathwork audio brought to you by Transcend Healing and Breathwork.

My name is Dean Kramp and I will be your guide through this breathwork session.

Today's breath technique will be quantum breath.

As an inhale through the nose,

Exhale through the mouth,

We will start slowly and rapidly increase the breath in succession.

We will do a series of breath holds or breath retention,

Holding at the top and exhaling,

Holding at the bottom and repeating the cycle for three rounds.

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting upright or laying flat on your back.

We will begin with a deep cleansing breath in,

Long exhale,

Three,

Two,

One.

Double time,

Stay with the breath.

We will begin to increase the speed of the breath.

You're doing great,

Stay with it.

One more increase of the breath.

You're coming up on a breath hold,

Three,

Two,

One,

And just hold at the bottom.

Focus on slowing your heart rate down,

Settling into the body,

Allowing your whole nervous system to relax.

Deep breath in,

Hold,

Arch your back,

Squeeze,

And let it go.

Back into the breath in,

Three,

Two,

One.

Prepare yourself to switch speeds.

That's it,

Draw that energy up,

Letting go of what no longer serves you.

Feel the energy course through your body.

Last increase,

Coming up on that breath hold.

Feel your body softening into the stillness.

Notice how calm and expansive this moment feels.

If tension arises,

Observe it without judgment.

It's all part of the process.

Deep inhale,

Hold,

Give it a little squeeze.

Get ready to release in three,

Two,

One.

Get ready for your final round in three,

Two,

One.

You are stronger than you think.

You can do this.

Stay with it.

Pay attention to how your body feels.

Feel that energy moving through you.

You're almost there,

Stay with it.

Deep breath in,

Hold.

Feel your body expand.

Picture yourself as a mountain,

Steady,

Grounded,

Unshaken.

You are safe and you are in control.

Take a deep breath in,

Deep into the crown of the head and hold.

As you hold your breath,

Imagine you're holding on to all the tension,

The stress or resistance in your life.

With each moment,

Feel that grip softening and loosening.

Preparing yourself to let it all go.

Your body is strong,

Your mind is still.

Get ready to release,

Let it go.

And slowly and gradually returning back to your normal breath.

In,

Hold for a brief moment of returning back to stillness and back to your normal breathing pattern.

Take a moment to feel the lightness in your body that you've just released.

Allow yourself to rest in this new sense of ease and freedom.

When you're ready,

You can slowly blink your eyes open and come back to the present moment.

Thank you for breathing with me today.

Have an amazing rest of your day or evening.

Love and light to you all.

Namaste.
