Hello,

And welcome to another guided breathwork meditation brought to you by Transcend Healing in Breathwork.

My name is Dean Kramp and I will be your guide through this breathwork journey.

If you have breathed to this track before,

You may now skip to minute 130.

Today we will be practicing a calming breath technique called the Shhh Breath.

You can practice this breath either sitting or lying down,

Or even standing up straight.

This breath calms your nervous system by extending the exhale,

Releasing tension and stress through sound vibration,

Improving breath control for meditation and speaking,

And enhancing focus and mindfulness by anchoring your awareness to the breath.

Find yourself in a comfortable position,

Relaxing your shoulders and close your eyes.

We will inhale deeply through your nose,

Filling your belly and lungs,

Pause at the top and exhale with a long,

Prolonged shhh sound,

Gently exhaling through your mouth,

Letting the breath be smooth and controlled.

We will repeat this breath for several rounds,

Allowing the sound to lengthen naturally with each exhale.

We will start with a deep breath in through your nose,

High into the chest,

And let all of the air out of your chest and belly.

And we will begin.

Expand as fresh energy fills your lungs.

Exhale through your mouth,

Gentle shhh sound,

As you are softly calming a child or whispering to the wind.

Again,

Inhale deeply,

Filling your body with calm.

Exhale,

Releasing tension,

Letting it high up into your chest.

And just relax.
