And welcome to this gentle gratitude meditation.
Gratitude is a powerful practice that can bring us into a state of peace and alignment with the universe.
By acknowledging,
Appreciating the good in our lives,
We open the doors to manifesting even more of what we desire.
Take a moment to find a comfortable and quiet space where you can fully engage in this meditation.
You may sit up or lie down,
Whichever feels most comfortable to you,
For we are here for you.
Close your eyes and begin to focus on your breath,
Breathing in and out in your own time.
Take a breath filling your lungs and exhale slowly and fully,
Allowing any tension to gently release.
And as your breathing finds its own rhythm,
Gently bring to mind something you are grateful for.
It could be a person,
A place,
An experience or a simple everyday pleasure.
Allow this to fill your mind and heart and as you do,
Notice how it makes you feel.
Feel the warmth of gratitude spreading throughout your body,
Touching every cell and bringing a smile to your lips.
Take a moment to express your gratitude,
Silently or aloud,
Speak your thanks for the blessing you're focusing on and feel the words resonate within you like ripples in a great pond.
And just breathe,
Breathing in and breathing out as your gratitude ripples out,
Very good.
Now gently bring to mind a second gratitude,
A person,
A place,
An experience or a simple pleasure and allow this gratitude to fill your mind and heart.
Notice how it makes you feel,
Allowing the warmth of gratitude to spread throughout your body and breathe as you experience your gratitude and silently or aloud speak your thanks for the blessing you are focusing on.
Feel the words resonate within you,
Embracing you,
Nurturing you,
Being carried out into the universe,
Guiding you lovingly towards your aspirations.
And know this,
That this practice has the power to transform your life.
With each expression of gratitude,
You're creating a bridge between your heart and true power of the universe.
This connection amplifies the energy of your dreams,
Allowing them to flow to you.
And when you're ready,
Gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings,
Slowly awakening your body to the present moment,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes,
Gently opening your eyes in your own time.
