Welcome to this melt the stress away meditation.
This meditation is best done while lying down.
So if you need to pause this recording to get yourself comfortable,
Maybe get a blanket,
A pillow for underneath your knees so that you're nice and cozy.
When you're ready,
Close your eyes and start paying attention to your breath.
Becoming aware of its in and out movement through your body.
Bring your attention to your forehead and relax.
Release.
Let go of all that you carry in your forehead.
Eyes.
Relax.
Cheeks.
Relax.
Mouth.
Relax.
Jaw.
Relax.
Your entire face.
The mask that you wear for the world.
Release it.
That's a big source of stress.
The mask.
And I give you permission to take it off right now.
It's safe.
Neck.
Relax.
Shoulders.
Relax your shoulders.
Let go of the weight of the world.
Arms.
Relax.
Hands.
Relax.
Let go of your hands.
Release control.
Back.
Upper back.
Lower back.
Relax.
Chest.
Relax.
Belly.
Let go of your belly.
The anxiety.
Buzziness.
It's okay to let it go.
You have nowhere to go.
No one's looking for you.
You're just here at this moment.
Pelvis.
Relax.
Thighs.
Relax.
Legs.
Relax.
Feet.
Relax.
Your entire body.
Fully relax.
You're doing zero work to hold yourself up.
Scan yourself one more time and if there's an area still holding tension,
Choose to let it go one more time.
It's okay.
Everything is well.
Your home is well.
Your family is safe.
Your finances are safe.
Everything is lining up exactly as it should.
Notice your energy field.
Notice where your thoughts are.
Is it on your to-do list?
Is it rehashing a conversation?
Is it planning?
Bring it all back.
All those energetic thoughts that are out there.
Those fishing lines.
Bring them all back closer to your body.
Start gathering up your energy field which is everywhere out there with others.
Just bring it here to the present moment.
Be yourself.
And from this place of stillness and alignment and bringing the energy field back to center,
Repeat in your head after me.
Relax.
I am well.
My life is lining up in front of me.
I am stepping into my purpose.
It's okay to say no without feeling guilty.
I'm worthy of my own time.
I'm enough.
I'm happy.
I'm peaceful.
I'm centered.
Now slowly and gently bring your attention back to your body,
Back to your breath.
Take one last deep centering breath.
Open your eyes and have a wonderful day ahead.
Namaste.
