Right now you may have challenges at your work,

Right now you may have challenges with your relationship,

Right now you may have challenges with your health,

Right now you may have challenges with your finances.

Know that right now,

In this moment,

You are okay.

Know that right now you have knowledge inside of you to help you.

Knowledge that comes in the silence.

Knowledge that comes when you're quiet.

Knowledge that comes when you focus solely on your breath.

The options available to you in this moment are unlimited.

The solutions you're looking for are available from within you.

Breathe into the opportunity of being open.

Open to something greater.

Open to something you haven't considered.

Open to a solution that's actually not one of the ones you've thought about.

Be open to a solution that feels right to you.

That feels like it'll bring you more peace.

It'll bring you more comfort.

It'll bring you more joy.

It'll bring more of your true self to the forefront.

You can find the answers that you need.

You can seek out the help that you need.

You have unlimited strength within you.

Quiet the voice that says you can't.

And turn up the volume on the voice that says you can.

Because you can.

You can do this.

You can overcome.

You can excel.

You can achieve what you want to achieve.

You can heal what you want to heal.

It all starts inside of you.

It starts with a belief.

It starts with a thought.

And it's all focused on that something different is possible.

Believe in 10% that what you want is possible.

If believing 100% doesn't feel right right now,

Doesn't seem possible,

Then believe in 10% that there is possibility.

And believe 100% of that 10%.

That little spark of openness,

That little spark of being willing to ask for help,

To consider what hasn't been considered,

Can open things up to something new.

Something creative.

Something innovative.

Something greater.

Perhaps something so simple,

So easy,

That hasn't been considered.

It may never have been thought as an option.

However,

There's a feeling in you.

There's a feeling towards the solution.

There's a sensation in your body that's telling you what direction to take.

Spend some time listening to that direction.

Spend some time in the quiet.

Focusing on your breath.

Focusing on your inhale.

Focusing on your exhale.

And explore the sensation within you that's leading you with another solution.

A different way,

A different path.

It's aligned with your true self.

It's aligned to your well-being.

It's aligned to the well-being of others.

So right now,

Notice when you breathe in.

Notice when you breathe out.

Become present to that right now.

Keep noticing.

When you breathe in,

When you breathe out.

If any thoughts come up,

It's okay.

You're allowed to.

If those thoughts are helpful to your situation,

Make note of them.

And if they're not helpful,

Just go back to your breath.

Go back to focusing on breathing in and breathing out.

You can do this for as long as you need.

And you can practice this throughout your day.

You may choose in the morning.

You may choose in the middle of the day,

In the evening,

Or before you fall asleep at night.

Just know that you can access knowledge and wisdom inside of you to help you with whatever you're going through right now.

And you can also ask for help.

There may be people in your life that have gone through what you're going through.

And they have knowledge and wisdom to help you move through it.

So don't forget about others in your life that may be right in front of you to be able to help you.

So remember to find time to notice when you breathe in and notice when you breathe out.
