Hello dear one,

My name is Araya Solis and I am welcoming you to today's practice.

I'm so glad you're here taking this time for yourself.

I know it's not always easy and it's okay to slow down.

You deserve this moment to heal,

To rest,

And to simply be.

So let's start by gently guiding you into a space of peace.

Find a comfortable position where you can fully relax and now I want you to take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

As you do,

Imagine letting go of everything that has been weighing on you.

Just for now,

You don't need to carry it anymore.

Now gently close your eyes,

Just like a child curling up to rest safe and sound.

With each breath,

Feel yourself sinking deeper into comfort,

Into safety,

You're here to be nurtured and it's okay to let go.

Picture yourself beside a calm,

Peaceful river.

The river is gentle,

Flowing softly,

Sparkling in the light.

The air is fresh and warm and you feel safe and loved here.

The river whispers softly,

Inviting you to let go and just be.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Feel any tension or worry begin to float away,

Just like a leaf carried on the current.

Feel the cool,

Soothing water of the river touching your feet,

Wrapping around you with healing energy.

With every breath in,

Draw in this gentle energy,

Filling your body with calm and with every exhale,

Let go of the stress or the discomfort,

Knowing that the river is here to carry it all the way.

Notice the river's rhythm,

Slow and steady,

Just like your own breath.

As the water flows,

It's as though it's whispering to you,

Let go dear one,

You are safe here.

With every breath,

You are becoming lighter,

Freer and more at ease.

Let the water take away anything that no longer serves you.

See any thoughts or worries that may be floating in the water,

Gently place them there knowing that they will be carried away,

Just like a leaf drifting downstream.

The river is kind,

It's patient and it will take care of everything for you.

As you breathe in,

Feel the peace of the river flowing through you,

The soft soothing washing away the remnants of tension or fear,

You are supported,

Loved and cared for by the gentle flow of this river.

Now take a moment to feel the deep peace that surrounds you,

The river has taken away everything that was weighing you down and you are left with a soft healing calm.

As we slowly begin to return to the present moment,

Know that you can always come back to this place,

To this gentle flow of healing.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Slowly begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,

Bringing yourself back to the here and now.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes and carry with you the peaceful energy of the river,

Knowing that you are safe,

You are loved and you are always worthy of rest and healing.
