Meditation is the practice of focusing one's mind in order to relax, expand inner awareness, and generate positive mental and physical changes. My meditations have a slow phase and are for those who already have some experience. There will be silent moments (minutes) for your own reflections and ease. This meditation is for women who are trying to interconnect with their higher self.

Transcript

Take a moment to adjust your body and come to a comfortable position.

Either sit or lie down,

Whatever you find is most comfortable for you and allows your back to be straight.

I invite you to close your eyes or bring your gaze low until only a crease of light shines through.

Notice how your body is breathing.

Try to be aware what are your feelings.

Observe quietly what is happening.

Interconnect with your body from the inside out.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in,

Inhale through your nose,

Hold for a moment and let go.

Inhale deeply,

Feeling the air going into your nose,

Exhale through your mouth,

Travel down into your throat.

Notice the sensation of fullness in your chest.

You are relaxing into a deep state of tranquility.

Whenever you exhale,

Invite a softness into your body.

Exhale all the air from your lungs until you reach the bottom of your breath.

Feel the body breathing.

Remember who you are,

What you stand for and the interconnection between your body and who you are.

Soften and surrender.

Breathe,

Feel the breath and remember who you are.

Feel the breath and become aware of the body.

You are not only your body,

The body's part of you is a tool.

You are the higher vibration of light and energy interconnected with your body.

Breathe and honor yourself.

Honor your feet that support you every day.

Notice your feet and what's beneath them,

The interconnection with yourself.

Soften the feet.

Breathe and surrender.

Soften the ankles and calves.

Feel the vibration from the ground flowing up the legs and softening the knees and thighs.

Feel the breath.

Remember who you are.

Soften the hips and buttocks.

Surrender the body.

Allow the body to breathe.

Release the belly and notice the lower back and sacrum.

Breathe in light and space there.

Feel your womb,

Your uterus,

Your ovaries,

The sacred power that sits there,

Your femininity.

Feel the breath opening the mind.

Relax the belly,

Your womb and the gut.

Feel the breath.

Soften.

Remember who you are and the connection you have with yourself.

Feel the torso breathing with fullness and the heart rises with deep love and surrender.

Soften the spine.

Release tension in your back.

Feel your arms getting heavy.

Feel the neck lengthen as the arms sink down.

Soften the fingers,

Representing the details of life.

Release any tension.

The palms of your hands.

What do you hold on to?

Surrender.

Soften.

Breathe.

Feel the breath and the body as a tool.

Release any tension in the wrists and forearm.

Soften the elbows,

Biceps and triceps.

Breathe.

Feel lightness in your arms,

The tool of your embrace.

What do you embrace?

Breathe and soften.

Surrender to the body.

Free your mind.

Bring awareness to the throat.

Relax the throat.

Release tension in the jaw and the mouth.

Soften the mouth.

Honor the words that come through with intention and action.

Release any tension in the face and jaw.

Bring awareness to the ears.

Pay attention to what you hear and take in.

Surrender.

Feel the body breathing.

Bring awareness to the eyes.

Soften the eyelids and the eyebrows.

Soften and know the heart is listening.

Feel the breath and soften the mind,

The body.

The breath is a tool to help us soften the body and remember who we are.

We breathe.

The breath is a symbol,

A symbol of this movement of interconnection.

Breathing is a privilege.

Breathing is a catalyst of the movement within us.

Surrender to the body.

Feel the breath and use your tools to breathe into the higher vibrated self.

Feel the body breathing,

Interconnected and still.

Remember who you are.

Surrender to the higher sense of self.

As we end this meditation,

Take a moment to express gratitude towards yourself.

Gently move your fingers.

Notice your breath.

Start stretching your body and when you feel ready,

Open your eyes.
