Hello,

Good morning.

Welcome back to your day five guided meditation.

Grab a pillow,

A blanket,

Bolster,

Something to elevate your hips higher than your knees and find your way into a comfortable seated position.

Now your eyes to close,

Forehead,

Cheekbones,

Jaw to relax.

As you draw your awareness to your breath,

Feel the breath inside of you.

Notice your body as you breathe.

Start to draw your awareness,

Your attention,

And feel the breath inside of you.

Start to draw your awareness,

Your attention to the base of your spine.

And imagine the color of red as a spinning ball of energy at the base of your spine.

At the base of your spine.

As you bring your awareness to the base of your spine and imagine the spinning ball of energy here,

Notice what you feel and see.

With your awareness at the Muladhara chakra,

Your root chakra,

Reflect on,

Contemplate what it means to you to feel safe and secure in your body.

What does it mean to you to feel safe and secure in your home,

In your relationships?

What does it mean to you to feel safe and secure in your home,

In your relationships?

What does it feel like to have stability in your financial resources,

To eat nourishing food,

To pay the bills?

With your awareness at the base,

The foundation,

Contemplate what it feels to you what it feels like,

What it looks like to be grounded in a basic way from a place of a solid structure,

A solid foundation.

What does that look like for you?

What does that feel like in your body?

Maintain your awareness at the base of the spine as you contemplate for yourself what it means to be grounded,

Stable and safe in your body,

In your home.

Right now in this moment of your life,

Do you feel safe,

Secure and stable?

Do you feel safe,

Secure and stable?

Do you feel safe,

Secure and stable?

With your awareness at the root chakra,

The muladhara,

Sitting,

Spinning ball of red energy,

Reflect,

Do you feel stable and secure financially,

Nourished,

Food,

Safe within relationships?

Do you have a solid structure in this moment of your life?

And if not,

What would it take,

What action steps could you take?

And as you contemplate what would happen,

Feel that sense of safety and security.

If you're already there,

Feel the solid foundation that you have at the base of the spine.

And.

.

.

From this feeling space,

With your awareness at the base of the spine,

Repeat in your mind's eye,

I am safe,

I am secure,

I am grounded.

I am safe,

I am secure,

I am grounded.

Continue to repeat this mantra in your mind's eye,

Whether it's aloud or in your mind.

Over and over,

Repeat.

I am safe,

I am secure,

I am grounded.

Repeat it three more times.

I am safe,

I am secure,

I am grounded.

After your third round of repeating,

Feel the sense of ground below you,

The solid structure beneath you.

What is your physical body that holds you?

Bring your awareness to your breath,

Your hands to your heart and Anjali Mudra.

Tuck your chin to your chest.

Namaste.
