Dr. Amer Khan founded Sehatu Sleep in response to the shortcomings he observed in contemporary sleep care. Sleep is fundamental to our well-being, yet both doctors and patients frequently lack the necessary knowledge to enhance it. Dr. Khan is a double board-certified sleep specialist and neurologist. He earned his board certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, initially in child neurology and subsequently in sleep medicine. He has been practicing sleep medicine for over 18 years. He has received training in iRest relaxation therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and has incorporated them into his practice, benefiting numerous patients with insomnia and busy minds.
