Often in life we can hold shame or guilt for all the experience we've been faced with in life.

Whether these are experiences of pain placed onto us by others,

Or even the shame of which we've placed on ourselves.

Within this guided meditation I'm going to assist you with embracing self-love and forgiveness using Ho Po Opono.

I'm going to help you release those old emotions of pain,

Guilt and shame you may have about yourself.

So that you can begin loving yourself once more and releasing people from your life who no longer serve you.

So that you can embrace the wholeness and beauty of who you are.

To begin this guided meditation,

What I'd love for you to do is take a deep breath in through your nose.

And out through your mouth.

In through your nose.

And out through your mouth.

Finally one more time.

In through your nose.

And out through your mouth.

And just allow yourself to relax in this moment.

Any thoughts that you have in your mind,

Allow them to come into your thoughts.

And just release them at the same time.

So that you can become present and connected with this very moment.

To assist you with releasing any of that old shame or guilt that you may have about yourself.

So that you can forgive yourself from your past and embrace the future with love.

As you connect with those feelings and emotions within you that no longer serve you.

I want you to bring them into your awareness.

Allow them to slowly emerge into your consciousness.

But only as much as you feel comfortable with yourself.

So any of those old feelings of shame,

Guilt or mild pain that you may have about yourself.

Allow them to rise from your unconscious slowly and easily.

So that you can allow them to be seen.

This is all about connecting with your shadow and bringing your shadow to light.

So that you can begin to love yourself once more and embrace the wholeness and beauty of who you are.

In this moment,

What I'd love for you to also do is bring to mind those people that may have caused you.

Some pain or anguish within your life.

As you connect with those people,

Allow them to come into your awareness.

But only as much as you feel comfortable.

As it's essential for you to go easy on yourself.

To bring them into your awareness and space.

In your own space and time.

And with that distance between you and them.

Notice the pain and feelings you have within yourself.

As you connect with these individuals in your life.

Or maybe it's a collective group of people.

Know that now is a good time for you to relax,

Let go and release these people from your life.

In a way that you can begin to love yourself.

And we're going to do that with the beautiful Ho Poopono.

So as you notice these people in your life.

Allow them to come into your awareness.

And as they float into your awareness.

Notice them standing in front of you.

And again,

Only at a distance at which you feel comfortable with.

And then we're going to use Ho Poopono for you to forgive yourself.

And also to forgive them for the experiences at which you've gone through.

So we are going to use the words.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

So as you sit there and relax.

Bring these people into your awareness.

And notice those uncomfortable feelings within you.

Bring them up into your body.

Only as much as you feel comfortable.

And then say these words inside of your mind.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

And notice as you begin doing that.

You can release yourself from that shame you may hold within.

Or that guilt that may reside within you as well.

Bring to mind these people again once more.

And say those words again.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

And allow yourself to release from these emotions.

Tears may begin to flow.

As you release and let go.

To all about saying thank you for yourself and for others.

If someone has caused you a lot of pain in your life.

Maybe you may not want to forgive them.

But yet it's essential for you to forgive yourself.

And so we're going to say this one more time.

Bring up these people into your awareness.

Notice the feelings that reside within you.

Feel those uncomfortable emotions in this moment.

And then say those words once more.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I love you.

And with your breath.

Allow yourself.

So just release from all of these emotions and feelings.

As you begin loving yourself.

The journey of self love begins with you.

To finish off this guided meditation.

We are going to embrace self love.

In a slightly different way.

So instead of having those people.

That have brought you pain and discomfort in your life.

Show up in your awareness.

What I'd love for you to do.

Is notice an old version of yourself.

Appearing in front of you.

An old version of yourself.

Where you may have felt you weren't good enough.

You weren't worthy.

And know that all of these experiences.

You brought onto yourself.

Know that you deserve to be loved.

As we all deserve.

Love.

As you bring yourself.

Into your awareness.

And the old version of who you are.

Notice yourself standing before you.

And again bring up those old emotions and feelings.

Of maybe shame.

Or guilt.

That you hold about yourself.

As you notice those feelings.

We're going to use Ho Po Oh Pono.

To release these feelings once more.

So you can read back these words.

Once again.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Allow the old version of yourself.

To be seen once more.

To be heard.

To be loved.

And to be accepted.

For all.

You want to be.

We're going to use Ho Po Oh Pono one more time with yourself.

To bring up those old emotions and feelings.

Of maybe that shame.

Or guilt.

That you have within yourself.

Notice the old version of yourself.

Standing in front of you.

And read out these words once more.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

And just allow.

These emotions and feelings to be released.

And as the old version of yourself.

Is still standing.

In front of you.

What I'd love for you to do.

Is give them a big hug.

Embrace the old version of yourself.

Share that love and kindness.

Know that in each and every moment you're growing.

And you can love yourself unconditionally.

In the perfect imperfection.

That is the beauty of you.

And the beauty of each and every one of us.

Embrace that old version of yourself.

Give him or her that unconditional love.

That you've learned throughout your journey.

As a wiser version of yourself.

Can bring that sense of love,

Forgiveness and beauty.

Release those emotions and allow yourself to become at one.

With the old version of yourself.

As you allow it to emerge.

With the current version.

Of who you are as an individual.

Right now.

Now that we've finished this guided meditation.

What I'd love for you to do is just relax in this moment.

Let go.

And feel in the beauty of this love.

Take a deep breath into your nose.

And out through your mouth.

And allow yourself to slowly come back to now.

And I hope you found this guided meditation to be valuable and useful.

As you've learned to love and forgive yourself.

From your past on all of the experiences in which you've gone through.

I look forward to connecting with you in another guided meditation very soon.
