She has run online courses and retreats focused on nurturing the mind, body, and spirit, and has supported clients through coaching and practical tools for everyday life. Trained in health coaching, Yoga Nidra, and somatic practices, Anna combines her knowledge and experience to help women restore energy, set healthy boundaries, and cultivate lasting self-care habits.
