This 10-minute breathwork session will give you mental clarity, a boost of energy, and a sense of peace. My personal practice always involves breathing with musical instruments. It's an honor to share what brings me healing - I hope this will be your medicine too! Recommendation - practice this every morning (for at least 7 days) on an empty stomach for best results. Welcome to guitar led guided meditation this session is going to be a integrated Practice that has your breath tuned to the rhythm of the guitar To the intensity of the strings and it's all gonna make sense Come let's begin So when I say inhale you take a deep breath in and exhale deep breath out Deep inhale Deep exhale Continue that In Out In Out In Out Deep inhale Deep exhale Deep exhale Now we're going to pick up the pace come back to normal breathing Breath of fire As we're breathing in and out Fasten through the nose Like that let's go Continue let's go Now let's go Now take a deep breath in and hold the breath in up top Squeeze to the head relax the shoulders back Deep exhale sigh out through the mouth Round two of breath of fire let's begin Three two one inhale Hold the breath in squeeze to the head Relax the shoulders back relax the eyes and gaze upwards Deep exhale Ready for round three breath of fire let's go And out through the nose Keep it sharp and strong Five four three two one deep inhale squeeze the belly Squeeze the arms and press Push up to the head Deep exhale Through the mouth Take a moment to notice how you feel Notice if there's any sensations Alternate nostril breathing we're going to bring one finger to your right nostril Deep inhale through the left Exhale through the right nostril block the left Deep inhale through the right Deep exhale through the left Deep inhale left nostril Switch deep exhale right nostril Inhale right Exhale left One more time deep inhale left Breathe out of your right nostril Deep inhale right nostril Exhale left nostril All the way up Normal breathing through both nostrils please close your eyes and notice the space between your eyebrows And our final practice is box breathing counting four breaths in holding for four exhale for four and hold out for four Let's begin exhale all the air out Deep inhale one two three four and hold two three four exhale two three four hold out two three four Inhale two three four and hold two three four exhale two three four hold out continue when this changes you breathe in Hold Breathe out And hold out Breathe in Hold Breathe out Hold out Inhale Hold Breathe out Hold out Inhale And hold Breathe out Hold out Inhale Hold out Breathe out Hold out Breathe in Breathe out Hold out Breathe out Hold out Now take a big deep breath in and smile Breathe out through your side And smile big use the 80 muscles in your face Breathe out sigh Breathe in smile And breathe out into sound Ah One more opportunity to breathe in and make sound Ah Sit up tall with your shoulders back and spine straight Look up with your eyes Gently open up your eyes
