Your relationships is your gold,

Especially long-term ones.

And the best way how to keep them thriving is to have clear strategy on how to resolve arguments.

And it's not about winning over arguments,

It's more about creating a space for win-win-win.

Win for you,

Win for me,

Win for all involved.

And the first principle to deal with arguments is to realize that there is no argument.

They're just misunderstanding.

And if you were in their place,

You would do exactly the same.

And the thing I struggle the most is remembering that it's not about me letting them know my perspective so they can stop arguing,

Because that's what I usually have.

Other people come to me to argue with me and I have no arguments with them.

And I rarely go to argue with anyone,

Just me.

So,

Yeah,

In those cases,

It's not about me letting them know my superior perspective,

Which never works,

By the way.

It's about them seeing their perspective.

And that's what your role is,

To realize what is it that they're seeing and understanding where are they standing.

So you can come on mutual understanding.

And usually what I see is we may use the same words,

But we don't mean the same thing by the same words.

So that's the first thing I would go and explore,

Is what are they actually saying?

Be curious.

And that's why we meditate,

To truly connect with our hearts and cut through the noise of misunderstandings and really truly appreciate relationship for what it is.

Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for this relationship healing meditation.

Relax your physical body,

Close your eyes,

And go within.

Set intention to connect deeply with the pure place in your heart.

Full of unconditional and unlimited love,

Happiness,

Peace,

Bliss,

Fulfillment.

Allow yourself to feel love,

Radiate love.

And through this love,

Every relationship will be purified and healed.

So as you breathe through your heart and relax into the present moment,

Allow yourself to feel any feeling,

Any sensation,

And allow it to be present.

So keep breathing and make sure to arrive in the present moment,

To be fully present for your mind,

Body,

And heart,

Including the pure place in your heart.

Regardless of appearances,

Regardless of any feeling and sensation,

Reminding yourself who you truly are through breath and awareness,

Through pure observation.

Keep breathing and relax,

Feeling safe and secure.

Relax your eyes,

Soften your gaze and face,

Loosen your jaw,

Neck,

And shoulders.

Release,

Exhale,

And feel normalities into the present moment.

Allow yourself to breathe,

Allow yourself to feel.

And as you feel,

Ask yourself,

How do I want to feel in my relationship?

You may pick specific person or relationships in general,

You choose.

And ask again,

How do I want to feel in this relationship?

You may even pick relationship with yourself.

How do you want to feel with yourself?

How do you want to feel with them?

And listen,

Listen for the answer from pure place in your heart,

Knowing that love,

Harmony,

Acceptance,

Gratitude,

Appreciation,

And unconditional love are available to you right now,

Regardless of past and projected future.

It's available right now,

Even if it is just in your imagination.

Acknowledge availability.

Allow yourself to imagine the best you could imagine,

Letting go of the past and any stories.

Allow yourself to settle for at least appreciation.

Win for you,

Win for them,

Win for all involved.

With this baseline set of your ideal,

And your non-negotiable for your relationship,

Now it's up to you to cultivate it.

Within.

That's right,

Whatever you want to experience in your relationship,

You need to feel that first.

Within.

And show up in this feeling,

Unconditionally.

Being able to appreciate anything and everything.

And from this state of appreciation,

Or deep love,

Or any other feeling you picked,

Your relationships will heal.

More loving,

More healing.

So keep breathing and connecting with the pure place in your heart,

Allowing the love energy to flow through you.

Allowing any emotion to flow through you freely.

Knowing full well that all emotions lead to more love and more fulfillment.

Allow yourself to feel,

No judgment,

No shame,

Just feeling.

Bringing seed of love.

There might be some arguments and misunderstandings coming into your view.

Some unresolved,

Sure.

You may feel the need to speak to this person.

But before you do,

All you need is right here,

Right now,

To heal any relationship you may be having.

By truly allowing yourself to become fully present and connected with unconditional love within,

Right now.

That's right,

You can heal any relationship from within in the present moment,

Just by opening your heart to unconditional love.

Right now,

By feeling and being thankfully present.

So keep breathing to your heart.

Allowing emotions to flow.

Allow relationships to heal.

Any past,

Present,

And future relationships.

Allowing pure compassion and gratitude flow through you.
