This guided meditation empowers you to dust off your wings and take flight. Remove what isn’t serving you, heal that area, and then with restored wings, you can fly. Welcome to this guided meditation titled Dusting off your wings.

My name is Joy and I will be leading your meditation today.

Take a moment to get comfortable,

Either sitting or laying down.

When you are ready,

Close your eyes.

Let's take three deep breaths together.

Begin to relax your body,

Getting any last movements out of the way.

Close your shoulders and jaw,

Scan your body for any tension you may be holding,

And release youroms.

In your mind's eye,

Picture yourself standing at the bottom of a hill.

Make your way up the hill.

At the top of the hill,

You see a pair of wings.

These wings have been beaten down by fears and anxiety.

Observe how your wings look.

How do you feel when you see them?

Pick up the wings and put your hand over the spots that need to be restored.

Repeat these words to yourself.

I remove all the energy that does not serve my highest purpose.

I remove all beliefs that hinder me from standing in my truth.

I remove all parts that are not made of love.

Observe as your wings become like new.

Do this until both wings have been fully restored.

I remove all parts that are not made of love.

I remove all parts that are not made of love.

Your wings are beautiful.

Place them on your back and flex them.

When you are ready,

Leap off the hilltop and begin to fly.

I remove all parts that are not made of love.

It is time now to find a spot to land.

When you're ready,

Land.

Give thanks to yourself for being here and restoring your wings.

Knowing that now,

You can soar.

Bring your awareness back to your body.

Moving your fingers,

Opening your eyes.
