This meditation will help you feel present and in touch with the moment, to feel relaxed with breathwork and mindful breathing. Welcome to this short meditation to calm your mind,

Allow yourself to be comfortable,

Relax your shoulders.

Softly close your eyes.

Let's take a few deep breaths with 4-6 rhythm.

Breathe in deeply 2-3-4,

Breathe out 2-3-4-5-6,

Breathe in 2-3-4,

Breathe out slowly 2-3-4-5-6,

Breathe in 2-3-4,

Breathe out 2-3-4-5-6,

In 2-3-4,

Out 2-3-4-5-6.

Final round.

Breathe in 2-3-4 and breathe out 2-3-4-5-6.

Now breathe naturally.

Feeling you are here in the present moment.

Moving into mindful breathing.

My mind is still.

Breathe in I am calm.

My mind is still.

My mind is still.

Feeling the calmness and stillness in your body and mind.

Allow a deep breath in with a sense of gratitude and your smile.

Gently open your eyes.

Coming back fully to the space around you.
