Welcome dear one,
Be comfortable with your spine straight,
Relax your shoulders,
Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze,
Bring your awareness into your breath,
Breathe in slowly through your nose,
Exhale gently through your mouth,
Again breathe in,
Exhale slowly,
Relax your shoulders,
Allowing your jaw and face to soften,
Notice your in-breath and out-breath,
Notice how you are becoming calm and present in this moment,
Know that you are safe and supported.
In this morning,
You might be holding on to a thought,
An expectation,
Worries or anything that no longer serves you,
There is no need to analyze what you might be holding,
As you exhale,
Simply let go and release.
Repeat the affirmations silently or out loud,
I am safe and supported,
I am calm in this moment.
Just for today,
I release what no longer supports my growth,
I let go of what I cannot control,
I honor the past,
I choose peace in the present moment,
I create space for clarity,
Breathe in arriving here,
Breathe out letting go,
Let go of resistance,
Let go of negative thoughts,
I am full of love,
I release with grace.
Today,
I evolve with ease,
I trust the process,
I embrace my unique journey and I embrace what supports my well-being.
Now,
Breathe in,
Feel a sense of lightness,
Embrace your being filled with presence.
Now,
Slowly relax,
Breathe in deeply,
If you could wiggle your fingers and toes,
With a gentle smile,
Open your eyes.
