Your flavor of being on this earth And what parts of yourself do you want to release and let go of?
Drop into your breath Take a cleansing inhale through the nose and a cleansing exhale out the mouth Welcome in an equal part breath.
Your inhales and exhales are equal in length Driving the breath down into the belly with each round If you'd like to keep a count,
Inhale for three and exhale for three Release the breath and just come back to your natural rhythm of breathing In your mind's eye,
See the soft white light of the new moon wash over you The light softly cascades down starting at the crown of your head Feel this light clear the parts of you you wish to release as it moves down your body Your face and neck,
Your chest,
Your torso,
Your hips and pelvis Down each of your legs and arms Let that cleansing energy just clear out any part of you that no longer serves you Focus on your breath to move this white light through your soul and body,
