Hello and welcome to this meditation for Sagittarius moons.
This meditation is designed to support you emotionally and offer a haven of safety for you as a Sagittarius moon.
Your moon represents your inner world,
Your ever-shifting emotions,
And your physical and emotional needs.
So the sign of your moon reveals what nurturing style supports your soul the most on a daily basis.
It is through the moon that we live out our life purpose daily,
Get our needs met,
And express our inner world through our emotions.
Let's start this meditation by arriving in your comfortable meditative position,
Whatever that looks like for you.
Whether that is seated with the spine long,
Crown of the head reaching for the constellations,
Or whether that is laying down on the floor,
Your couch,
Or your recliner.
Take a moment to settle into a position where the spine is unobstructed,
So you can take a nice,
Full,
Long,
Deep breath.
Close down the eyes or soften the gaze,
And let's begin to clear out your current energy with the breath.
Take a deep inhale through the nose.
Exhale,
Open mouth sigh.
Another inhale through the nose,
This time hold it at the top just for a sip,
And exhale,
Big release out the mouth.
One more inhale through the nose,
Little extra sip at the top.
And full exhale out,
Let it go.
Return to your natural rhythm of breath,
And just notice where the breath is circulating in your body right now.
With your moon in Sagittarius,
You may have a tendency to already be somewhere you are not.
Traveling to another adventure in your mind.
Commit to fully arriving to the present moment with a body scan.
As I call out each part,
Bring your full awareness to that area,
And just notice any sensation or feeling you are experiencing today.
Start by becoming aware of the top of the head,
Center of the forehead,
Space between the eyebrows,
Tip of the nose,
Bottom of the chin,
Front of the neck,
Chest,
Tops of the shoulders,
Upper arms,
Elbows,
Forearms,
Palms of both of the hands,
Right fingers,
Left fingers,
Back of both of the hands.
Bring your awareness back to the chest,
Forehead,
Ribs on both sides,
Upper abdomen,
Navel,
Lower abdomen,
Pelvis,
Thighs,
Both knees,
Shins,
Both ankles,
Right side toes,
Left side toes,
Hips of the feet,
Soles of the feet,
Both of your heels,
Backs of the thighs,
Low back,
Mid back,
Upper back,
Shoulder blades.
Become aware of the whole spine,
Back of the neck,
Back of the head,
Top of the head,
Crown of the head.
Become aware of the crown of the head.
As you drop into this state of presence and awareness in your body,
Feel your heart begin to open up.
Sagittarius is symbolized by the archer,
Courageously pursuing whatever it sets its heart on.
As you inhale,
See the moon resting in your heart.
On your next exhale,
See the moon shoot out like an arrow from your heart towards your soul's target.
Inhale,
The moon retracts back in,
Bringing what you are aiming for into your heart.
Breathe into this feeling of claiming your target.
Then exhale,
The moon shoots out like an arrow,
Out into the universe.
Inhale,
The moon draws back in.
All that you are reaching for is yours.
Take a few more breaths,
Shooting the moon out of your heart and bringing it back in on your own rhythm.
Feel yourself expanding with all you are bringing in.
Gently return to your natural breathing,
Allowing the moon to end by landing in your heart.
Then softly welcome in some nice and easy inhales and exhales.
Invite a sensation of freedom and positivity throughout your spirit.
Notice how you feel soothed by this bubble of enthusiasm you naturally emanate.
See yourself sitting in your own bubble of positive energy.
Your optimism for life permeates throughout the bubble.
Feel it vibrating at your own unique frequency.
Then raise the vibration of your bubble,
Elevating it to even higher frequencies.
You are becoming a magnet for manifestation.
Then ask yourself,
What is it I truly want?
What feeling am I seeking in life?
Allow yourself to see clearly your desires.
Start to notice in your body how it would feel to attain this desire.
Live as if it has already happened.
Visualize all the details surrounding this desire.
Now begin to radiate gratitude out of your bubble.
Thank yourself for your joy of life and your positive energy that constantly expands those around you.
Send gratitude to the universe for receiving your manifestations.
Ground into a sense of trust and an inner knowing that whatever it is you desire is coming.
You may feel called to hop into action mode immediately to make it happen,
But allow yourself to be still and be patient with how and when it will arrive.
With your moon in Sagittarius,
Honor your yearning for adventure and freedom.
Every adventure you seek collects an experience that deepens your growth.
Tap into this truth-seeking,
Marveling,
And positive spirit within you that is ever enthused by life's simple wonders.
But also,
Honor the wisdom in slowing down into stillness.
Reflect on the time you spend to reflect and recollect with the time you spend to freely roam and lead with impulse.
Can you forge a balance between the two?
Begin to deepen the breath,
Reawakening the body gently by breathing deep into the core.
Softly invite movement into the body maybe wiggling the fingers and toes,
Rolling out the neck and head.
Whenever you are ready to close your meditation practice,
Bring both hands to your heart,
One stacked on top of another.
Feel the warmth of your hands,
Awakening the qualities of your moon sign,
Interconnected to your soul.
Take one nurturing inhale through the nose,
Sealing your moon into your soul.
An expansive exhale out the mouth,
Sharing your moon into the universe.
Gently open the eyes,
Coming back into your space.
