This 28 minute practice can be done to ease you into a blissful sleep or throughout the day as a reset. You will be guided to a deep state of presence, led through one round of EFT tapping (perfectly fine to be laying down) & then guided into a yoga nidra practice. Yoga Nidra lands us in a powerful healing space between awake and asleep.

I'm just taking any little adjustments,

Setting up your space so you won't be disturbed.

So you've got this next half an hour or so just to completely melt down.

I'm just feeling into the surface below,

Noticing what you're laying on,

Letting your body be heavy into that support,

Noticing the different textures against your skin,

Just really letting your body relax down.

Take this time to let go of the day that's been,

To let go of anything that's happening for the rest of the week.

Just fully arriving in this moment now.

So you start to notice the sounds.

So first noticing the space that you're in,

All the sounds in that space.

And searching a little further out now,

So noticing any sounds outside.

Searching for the further sound that you can hear.

And can you hear these or feel these sounds as vibrations now?

And notice the impact that these vibrations are having on your body,

On your nervous system.

And then letting that go as you start to bring your awareness to the nostrils.

Can you feel the breath moving in and out of the nostrils?

Can you invite in a deeper inhale and a longer exhale?

And just taking two more rounds like that,

Feeling the breath coming in the nostrils,

Nice deep breath in,

Big cleansing breath out,

Letting it all go.

Last one in your own time.

Feeling your body relaxing,

Just that little bit deeper as you do so.

And keeping your awareness with your breath,

But just noticing your natural rhythm now.

It's like you're being the observer of your body breathing itself.

Feeling all the muscles on your face relax.

Feeling the jaw loosen.

It's like the teeth are slightly parted in the mouth.

And the tongue is just relaxed.

Noticing if the mind is quite busy,

Knowing that nothing's right or wrong,

Good or bad.

And if it is busy,

Then what is the quality of the thoughts moving through?

Can you intend to be your humble servant?

And as it gets distracted with thoughts,

With stories,

Can you keep giving it the task of following the breath?

And more so than following the breath,

Really feeling the breath.

Feeling the inhale,

A little height to that pause,

Feeling the exhale,

And that little pause at the bottom,

And continuing the cycle.

Any tension has crept into the body,

Can you relax into that?

Feeling the inhale,

That little pause at the top,

Feeling the exhale,

And that little pause at the bottom.

I'm just gonna move through one round of tapping.

So feel free to stay laying.

We'll start by tapping the pinky blades in towards each other,

So the karate chop point.

And you can just say aloud after me,

I am safe,

And I completely love and accept myself.

To the eyebrow point,

I am safe.

Side of the eye,

I am secure.

Under the eye,

I am grounded.

Under the eye,

I am safe.

Grounded,

Under the nose,

I am calm.

In the chin,

My body is relaxed.

Under the collarbone,

I am present.

Here in this moment,

Under the arms,

I am content.

On top of the head,

I am grateful.

Relaxing the hand down,

Just taking a few breaths,

Noticing any energetics beneath the skin,

Following into that gratitude,

Bringing to mind now three things that you're grateful for.

Repeating them to yourself each three times,

Allowing them to really bring a smile to your face.

Beautiful,

Noticing any shift in your being after bringing in that gratitude,

And continuing to follow the breath.

And we're gonna move into our yoga nidra practice now.

So such a ancient healing practice,

Bringing us to this state between awake and asleep.

Our awareness is so powerful,

So concentrated.

So would you like to set an intention for this practice?

Say our intentions like they are our truth right now.

So placing an I am at the front or at the end,

And really seeing that in your mind's eye and feeling that.

And as you continue to follow your breath,

I'm gonna guide your awareness to different parts of the body.

I'd like you to mentally place a symbol,

A symbol of your choosing on the place mentioned.

So let's begin with the right big toe.

Place a symbol on the right big toe,

Moving up into the right ankle,

Placing your symbol in the center of the right ankle,

Traveling up the leg and arriving in the center of the knee.

And you place your symbol in the center of the right knee,

Awareness traveling up the leg,

And feeling into the right side of the hip.

Now right in the center of the right hip,

Can you place your symbol?

And can you see all of these points from the big toe up the ankle,

Into the knee,

Into the right hip?

Can you see all of these symbols traveling up your leg?

And can you feel into the energetic connection between all of them?

And now let's land at the left big toe.

And can you place your symbol on the left big toe,

Feeling into the center of the left ankle,

Placing your symbol right in the center of the left ankle,

Coming all the way up to the knee,

Placing your symbol in the center of the left big toe,

In the center of the left knee,

Coming all the way up the leg,

Feeling and noticing the left side of the hips and the pelvis,

Placing your symbol right in the center,

And seeing all of these symbols traveling up the left leg,

Beginning at the left big toe,

Can you feel all of these symbols connected,

Energetic crossroad,

And you feel into the center of the pelvis now,

So right in the center of the pelvis,

Place your symbol here,

Can you travel your awareness up to the navel center,

Place your symbol right in the navel center,

Can you guide your awareness to the right side rib,

The bottom of the right side rib cage,

Place your symbol there,

Can you travel up the rib cage,

Over and down to the bottom of the left side rib cage,

Place your symbol there,

Come back up to the middle of the rib cage,

And travel up to the breast bone,

Can you place your symbol right there,

So kind of sternum area,

Placing your symbol there,

Guide your awareness to the right side collarbone,

Place your symbol there,

And over to the left side collarbone,

And placing your symbol there,

And feeling all of these points,

Decorated with symbols,

All of these points on the torso,

And feel into the energetic connection between the left and right side rib cage,

And feel into the energetic connection between all of them,

Can you arrive now at the right shoulder,

Right in the center of your shoulder,

Place your symbol,

And traveling down the arm to the center of the elbow,

Place your symbol there,

From the elbow traveling down the forearm,

Arriving in the wrist,

Place your symbol in the center of the wrist,

Traveling down to the thumb,

Right at the tip of your thumb,

Place your symbol,

Coming over to the pointer finger,

Right at the tip of the finger,

Place your symbol,

Coming to the middle finger,

At the tip,

Placing your symbol,

All the way to the tip of the ring finger now,

Placing your symbol there,

And to the tip of the pinky finger,

Placing your symbol there,

Feeling all of these points down the right arm,

From the shoulder,

Into the elbow,

The wrist,

The fingertips,

Seeing all of these points lit up with your symbol,

And feeling all of these points energetically connected,

Coming over to the left shoulder now,

Guiding your awareness to the left shoulder,

And right in the center of your shoulder,

Placing your symbol,

Traveling down the left arm,

Landing in the elbow,

Place your symbol in the center of the elbow,

From your elbow traveling down the forearm to the wrist,

Right in the center of your wrist,

Place your symbol,

Finding your way down the hand to the tip of the thumb,

Placing your sacred symbol there,

Traveling your awareness to the tip of the pointer finger,

Placing your symbol there,

Landing at the tip of the middle finger,

Placing your symbol there,

Awareness to the tip of the ring finger,

Once again,

Placing your symbol there,

And lastly arriving at the tip of the pinky finger,

Placing your symbol there,

And now seeing all of these points along the left arm and hand,

All of these points lit up with your symbol,

Feeling all of these points energetically connected,

And you land with your awareness in the center of the throat now,

Right in the center of your throat,

Place your symbol there,

Guiding your awareness up to the center of the eyebrows,

Placing your symbol there,

From your eyebrows traveling up to an inch above the crown of your head,

Placing your sacred symbol there,

And you feel all of these points from the neck,

The brow space,

The crown,

Can you feel these points connected,

And can you feel these points,

The crown,

The brow space,

The center of the throat,

Can you feel these points connected to the rest of the body,

Can you visualize your body laying in relaxation,

With all of these points,

All of these symbols lit up,

Your mind still following the breath,

As you see and feel all of these points lit up with this sacred symbol,

And can you feel all of these points throughout the body,

All of these points,

Can you feel them connected,

And you feel this energetic crossroads,

These energetic lines weaving and winding all throughout the body to connect these points,

If any tension has crept into the body,

Can you relax into that now,

Checking in with the jaw,

With the pelvic floor,

And the low back,

Feeling your body in complete ease,

This powerful space between awake and asleep,

This space so powerful for healing,

And so powerful for manifesting,

Come back to your intention,

Your truth vow,

Say it to yourself like it is your truth in this moment,

Feel the feelings of its reality,

Allow it to bring a gentle smile to your face,

And allow the feelings to fill your entire being,

Trust that universal forces are already in action to bring this intention to reality,

There is nothing more to do,

It is being taken care of,

Start to land back into your space,

As you feel your body heavy on the surface below,

Feel your body so held and so supported by the earth,

By this land,

This beautiful guppy guppy country that we call home,

Start to notice the texture of the surface beneath you,

Start to notice sounds in the space you're in,

Start to notice sounds from outside,

Searching for the furthest sound that you can hear,

And can you feel these sounds as vibrations now,

And has there been any shift in how your body,

How your nervous system receives these sounds since the beginning of this practice,

Awareness back to the nostrils,

Feeling the breath moving in and out of the nostrils,

Inviting in a deeper inhale,

And a longer exhale,

And one more nice deep breath in,

And a long breath out,

We leave you there,

That will conclude our yoga ninja practice,

Sleep deeply,

Sleep well.

Really love and will return little bit of an abrupt ending if you do wish to use it to sleep that’s all x
