Perhaps you'd like to lay down or choosing to sit up with your legs crossed or on a chair.
Bringing in alignment to your body and choosing a position that makes you feel centered and grounded.
And with your eyes open begin to notice what is in front of you.
Noticing any objects or nature.
Noticing what is in front of you as you glance forward.
Closing down your eyes or having a soft gaze in front of you.
And sensing in to what is behind you.
Allowing whatever comes to come.
Perhaps you start thinking about what you saw before you sat down or laid down in this position.
And becoming aware of what is in front and sensing in to what is behind you all at once.
Bringing your awareness to your breath.
Noticing how you're breathing in this moment.
And just allowing your body to find balance between the inhale and the exhale.
Aligning the inhale and the exhale to be the same duration.
Choosing a rhythm that feels natural to you.
Continuing to invite your body into balance.
And visualizing your whole body surrounded by a beautiful white light.
White light surrounding you.
And a perfect circle with you in the center.
Feeling deeply supported and balanced.
As you surrender in with this beautiful white light.
And allowing this white light to soften your body.
To relax any muscles that need to let go.
Relaxing into this moment.
And sensing in to what feels natural to you.
Centered for you.
Areas of the body feel like the midlife for you.
And on each inhale.
Sensing in to that area of the body where you feel centered.
Sensing in to this white light expanding.
Every time you breathe in.
And then contracting back to that midline.
That you chose.
Expanding that white light.
And bringing that white light in.
Feeling centered.
Each time you expand.
And contract.
Coming back to the center.
Feeling centered.
And if your mind wanders off,
Which it most likely will do.
Invite yourself to come back to sensing into that white light expanding.
And contracting in.
With each inhale and exhale.
Continuing to focus.
And coming back to that chosen body part where you feel centered.
Letting go.
Resting in stillness now.
Coming back.
Sensing in to how it feels to be centered.
Noticing how your body feels as it rests upon the supportive surface.
And perhaps checking in with your breath.
Noticing any fragrances lingering in the air now.
Inviting a little bit of movement throughout your body.
Perhaps wriggling your fingers.
