Just for these 20 minutes for you.
Acknowledging your efforts.
Allowing your awareness to fall in that sense of community.
Know that while we're meditating together,
There'll be thoughts,
There'll be physical,
Environmental distraction.
Just remembering that you are not these thoughts.
Never have been,
Never will be.
You're the awareness of them.
The awareness of your physicality.
Allow this time together for you to come home to that awareness.
Gentle pause at the top of your inhale.
Release.
Finding a gentle pause at the bottom of your exhale.
Receiving an abundant breath.
Taking these big,
Abundant breaths on your own.
Allowing this time to be a sacred pause in your beautiful life.
There's nothing else for you to do right now,
No planning,
No decision making.
Set that all aside.
Can you let it go just for these 20 minutes?
Noticing your breath.
Noticing your worthiness for the sacred pause.
Now allowing your breath to breathe you.
Your awareness to fall in that beautiful worthiness.
Relax.
To let go.
To receive.
And if there's any area in your physical body that's holding tension,
Then fight some softening in those spaces.
The heaviness that you might be feeling on your shoulders or in your heart.
Can you set it aside?
Just for right now.
Allowing your awareness to fall in that peaceful abundance.
Now allowing your awareness to fall out of your beautiful mind.
And then going down into your loving heart.
And into the power of your beautiful heart.
Allowing your mind to soften.
To relax.
To let go.
And feeling all that beautiful power in your heart.
No longer resisting.
This loving power of yours.
Feeling your heart beating.
Connecting into that loving intelligence that's beating your beautiful heart.
That loving intelligence that has been with you before your heart to give her speed.
That loving intelligence that has been with you after its last.
Allowing your awareness to fall into that loving intelligence.
And feel the power of it.
The power of it.
And then sending into your worthiness to experience its fullness.
This loving power that is you.
Beyond this physical experience.
Allowing your awareness to melt into you.
Into this loving intelligence.
Allowing your awareness to experience its fullness.
Allowing yourself to experience the wisdom of this loving intelligence.
And then rendering into your greatest good.
Become available.
The loving intelligence of your greatest good to be shared with you.
Surrendering to it.
Surrendering with all of your being.
Allowing every cell of your physical body to marinate in this beautiful intelligence.
Your highest good.
Relax into it.

Allow this loving power to emanate from you.
Allowing your awareness to feel the power of this loving intelligence.
Reaching in your loving power.
