This meditation will help you cultivate that connection releasing fears and anxieties and embracing a deep sense of stability and support.
Through guided visualization and affirmations and a mindful breathing you tap into the powerful energy of the earth allowing it to flourish nourish and strengthen your root chakra.
This is a time to affirm your worthiness trust in the process of life and feel the deep sense of safety and belonging that earth offers.

Now let us start by finding a comfortable place to either sit or lie down.
Taking your moment your time to find that space may you make it sacred and comfortable making sure that nobody's gonna bother you that nobody's gonna bother you disturb you and allowing yourself to once you found that space close your eyes taking a deep breath in and exhaling out through the mouth inhaling deeply through the nose exhaling out through the mouth ah inhaling deeply through the nose exhaling out through the mouth allowing yourself to completely relax letting go of any tension in your body and just feeling the ground beneath you solid and supportive.
Now as you found that sacred comfortable space allow yourself to keep a nasal breath as you imagine roots extending from the base of your spine deep into the earth these roots are growing stronger and deeper with each breath you take you're feeling connected firmly to the earth's core connected firmly to the earth's core now you feel stable you feel strong you feel completely supported by the earth beneath you with each breath you allow yourself to sink deeper and deeper into the sense of grounding as your roots reach deep into the earth visualize them wrapping around the earth's core drawing up its nourishing energy feeling this energy rising through your roots entering your body at the base of your spine and filling up yourself with warm vibrant red light energy as you see this vibrant red light feel this energy rising through your roots entering your body at the base of your spine and filling you with a warm vibrant red light see your body rooted and enveloped by this protective shining red light it goes from the base of your spine all the way up to the crown of your head just breathing in and out into this beautiful supportive protective red light now we will begin with the affirmations i invite you to simply repeat each one of them silently or aloud allowing the words resonate deeply within you resonate deeply within you and as you do that focus on the area at the base inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your nose with each inhale imagine you're drawing up the energy of the earth through your roots and into your root chakra feel this energy filling you with a sense of grounding strength and stability and with each exhale visualize any fear doubt or insecurity leaving your body dissipating into the earth where it is transformed or visualize that same red light at the base of your spine expanding it's filling your entire body with warmth stability and a deep sense of security see this red light spreading from your root chakra up through your spine into your entire body it's anchoring you with a profound sense of grounding and support know that this energy will stay with you throughout your day grounding and supporting you in everything you do feel the warmth and stability radiating from your root chakra knowing that you are safe you are secure you are connected and you are exactly where you need to be you need to be and just taking a moment to deepen your breath and as you deepen your breath you just start to bring your awareness back to being aware and taking a moment to thank yourself for dedicating this time to your well-being acknowledging the work you have done to connect with your root chakra and cultivate a sense of grounding and security thanking the earth for its constant support and nurturing energy and from that place of a thankful heart you start moving yourself gently eventually bring your arms above your head for a full body stretch you can yawn or sigh it out bring your hands into your heart taking a couple of more deep breaths and then gently bring your hands into your heart center in a prayer position Anjali Mudra starting to rub the palms with the palms quickly and strongly as you can and once you have enough you can slowly bring the hands back to your face inhale that heat that energy protective grounding energy of uladara chakra which you have just connected thanking yourself once again
