This calming five-minute meditation invites you to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself. Through gentle breath and body awareness, you'll release tension and settle into the present moment. A simple, steady practice to reset your mind and reconnect with what matters. In this grounded 5‑minute meditation, Kristi softly reminds you that presence matters more than perfection—there’s no “right” or “wrong” way to be here. With gentle guidance, you'll settle into your breath, noticing thoughts or sensations without judgment, and simply allow yourself to show up.

Welcome to your 5 minute weekly meditation.

My name is Chrissy and I'll be guiding you through a few minutes to pause,

To breathe and just to be here,

No pressure,

No expectations.

To find a position that feels comfortable right now,

Whether that's sitting,

Lying down or anything in between.

Let your body begin to settle.

Let your eyes soften or close and take a breath in and then let that breath go.

You don't need to calm your mind,

You don't need to feel a certain way.

This time,

This 5 minutes isn't about performing,

It's about presence.

So wherever you are right now,

However you're showing up,

That is perfect.

Some days showing up might feel easy and other days it might feel like a scramble just to stop for a few minutes.

Either way,

You're doing something important,

Making space for yourself,

Even in the middle of everything else.

Let's try a simple breathing rhythm with a gentle pause after each inhale and exhale.

Nothing strict,

Just enough to slow things down.

When you're ready,

Breathe in and pause.

Breathe out and pause.

Try that a few times in your own rhythm.

Just noticing the space between the breaths.

Letting it all open up just a little.

If you find yourself getting distracted,

That is normal.

The goal isn't to stay perfectly focused.

It's to notice when you've drifted and to gently come back.

Even one return to the breath is enough.

So when your mind wanders,

Know that that is okay.

It's what our minds have been trained to do.

But simply come back to your breath.

That is the practice.

Let go of the idea that you need to feel a certain way.

Let go of trying to get it right.

You're already doing what matters.

You're here doing this meditation.

Let your breath move however it wants now.

And let the body rest just as it is.

When you're ready,

Take one more breath in.

And one long breath out.

Thank you for joining me in this five minute meditation.

And remember life is a balance of holding on and letting go.

Namaste.
