I invite you to breathe with me. This guided mindful breathing practice will bring us back to center and assist in connecting to our heart-felt intentions with calmness. Rhythmic, relaxed and deeper breathing can rapidly shift our awareness from scattered to content. Find your rhythm. It is underlined with Chris Collins's soothing ambient soundscapes (from indiemusicbox) which are inspired by planet earth and nature. Inspired by Hubermanlab the method of “double-inhale, extended exhale”

Hi,

My name is Benjamin.

Welcome to my Breath and Restore Meditations.

A quick reset for our mind,

Body and spirit.

Deeper breathing isn't only relaxing,

It is scientifically proven to affect heart,

Brain,

Digestion and the immune system.

In today's practice we are focusing on our breath and our heart to align ourselves with our deepest needs and intentions.

We are going to inhale deeply with a double inhale through our nose and exhaling with ease and as relaxed as possible through our mouth.

Be easy on yourself.

It will sound like this.

Inhale calmness and exhale tension.

We will do this for about two minutes.

I will assist you.

I invite you to follow along and breathe with me.

Let's start.

Find a comfortable space.

You can sit or you can lay down.

Give yourself permission to explore your breath and relax.

Connect to your life force.

Connect to your breath.

Bringing more oxygen and awareness into the body.

Allowing yourselves to heal deeply.

Close your eyes if you wish.

Let's start.

Inhale and exhale tension.

Inhale and exhale tension.

One minute to go.

Inhale and exhale tension.

Inhale and exhale tension.

Last inhale.

Inhale all the way and hold.

Now bring your hands to your chest and bring all your tension towards your heart.

Now is the time to acknowledge your heart for keeping you alive every day,

Every hour,

Every minute.

Relax your shoulders.

Relax your eyes.

Relax your face.

Just notice.

Relax your lips,

Your jaw.

If you feel the urge to breathe in now,

Breathe in slowly all the way.

Hold.

We are one family walking on this earth together.

Prepare all your tension with a sigh.

Return to your normal breath.

In through your nose.

Out through your nose.

In through your nose.

Out through your nose.

Last inhale.

Out through your nose.

Just notice.

Thank you for practicing with me.

Feel free to leave me a review,

Donation if you got some value out of this and share it with your loved ones.

It will assist me to share this heartfelt practice with more people.

See you next time in my breath and restore meditations.

Have a wonderful day.
