For this seven minutes of pure presence meditation.

Allow yourself to arrive.

Invite yourself now to let go of everything that has happened before this moment and to let go of everything that may happen after this moment.

Give yourself permission to just be here now,

To be here fully with your undivided,

Uninterrupted,

Unconditionally loving and accepting presence.

Your presence is a gift,

One of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself and to others.

Today we're going to cultivate this presence by taking a few deep breaths,

Considering a deep personal truth and allowing that question to invite us deeper into our experience of presence.

First we're going to begin with three deep breaths.

We're going to be breathing into the nose and out through the mouth,

Allowing your breath inhale to go deep into the belly and allowing your exhale to be an audible sigh.

Let go of any fear of how you sound like and instead embrace the fact that you can expel energy and move energy through your voice,

Through your breath,

Through your intention.

With every breath imagine that you're inhaling unconditional love and with each exhale you're letting go everything that no longer serves you.

Ready to do the three breaths,

We'll do them together.

Go ahead now and inhale deeply into the belly,

Then out through the mouth.

Another breath just like that into the belly and out through the mouth.

Last one,

Fill that belly with your breath.

Let it all go with a sigh.

Just allow your breath to settle and find a natural rhythm.

Just notice whatever thoughts,

Emotions,

Stories or images that have arised and let them be like clouds passing you by.

In this moment we're not going to investigate them.

We're not going to analyze them.

We're just going to observe them and let them go.

You are a powerful being.

Your awareness is your superpower.

The more that you can embrace the power of your awareness,

The closer you get to who you truly are.

You are not your stories,

You are not your identity,

You are not your emotions and you are not your body.

We can and we do experience all of these things on a day-to-day,

Moment-to-moment basis but we are doing just that,

Experiencing them.

We are not the things that we experience.

And so for the next few minutes I invite you to stay with the breath,

To notice,

Simply just notice who is breathing through you,

Who is thinking those thoughts,

Who is experiencing those emotions,

Who is operating the body.

The greatest question that we can ask ourselves today is who am I?

Who am I beyond all these things of identity,

Of form,

Of ideas and beliefs?

Who am I beyond the masks I wear,

The roles I play?

Who am I in this moment and in the next and in the next?

Allow these questions to be like clouds rolling by,

Keeping still,

Staying silent so that you may catch the whisper of the inner voice,

Not the voice of the stories or the thoughts or the emotions,

The voice of your pure awareness.

Allow yourself to follow the breath and just notice.

What does it feel like to breathe gently through your body?

Notice.

What does it feel like to become the observer of your thoughts instead of constantly trying to answer them or make sense of them?

Just notice.

Being mindful to continue breathing through the belly,

Out the mouth.

No matter what is happening around you,

You're always free to take a step back and shift to this truth that your presence is a gift and that your true essence is love.

In any moment that you feel disconnected from love,

Just tune in to this awareness and ask the question,

Who am I?

You are love.
