Gently lie down on your back on a comfortable surface.

Let the head be slightly elevated on a pillow or on a folded blanket.

Your forehead should be slightly higher than your chin.

Let your legs be slightly spread.

Let your arms be slightly spread so that your upper arms are not touching the ribs and your armpit skin is open.

If you wish,

You can also interlace the fingers and place the hands on your chest.

Now close your eyes.

This is a significant step,

The closing of your eyes,

Which signals the turning inward,

The sensing inward,

The first step of your inward journey.

So just be aware of the space you are sensing with the eyes closed.

Now become aware of the heels of your feet.

Become aware of the sense of touch of your heels against the surface they are resting.

Be with this pure sensation of touch.

Let go of all thinking,

Just pure sensation of touch.

Habituated thoughts will again form,

But as soon as you see it,

Let them go and refocus Simple sensation of touch.

Now softly let go of your focus on the heels.

Be aware of the sense of consciousness.

Sense space.

Sense lightness.

Sense pleasantness.

Now become aware of your upper back.

Sense of touch of upper back against the surface.

The simple,

Direct experience of touch.

Let go everything else.

Ideations,

Imaginations,

Let go.

Pure sensation of touch.

Now gently let go of the focus on touch.

Once again connect to the state of your being.

Spaciousness,

Lightness,

Pleasantness.

Now become aware of your breath.

Sensation of inhalation.

Sensation of exhalation.

Feel each inhalation as the rising and the emerging of a wave.

Each exhalation as a submergence of the wave.

Now deliberately breathe pure observance and pure sensing.

Now to this pure sensation,

Let us gently add information and intention.

So as you watch the inhale and the exhale,

Know that they are opposites in energy and function.

Inhalation bringing in what's essential.

Exhalation taking out what's no longer essential.

So keep watching the breath.

Inhalations bringing in what is nourishing.

Exhalations taking out what is becoming toxic.

Keep sensing.

Keep seeing.

Now let's add the power of mantra of repeating words.

When inhalation happens,

Mentally say peace.

When exhalations happen,

Mentally say agitations.

To each inhalation,

Peace.

Each exhalation,

Agitations.

Each inhalation bringing in deeper and deeper peace.

Each exhalation taking out agitations and anxieties.

Keep sensing all of this as you stay with the waves of the breath.

All memories of your past habituated self being submerged by the exhalations.

All stories of your past self,

All of them dissolving.

Softly let go of the breath focus and the word repetitions.

Feel yourself in a deep state of being.

Now become aware of the crown of your head.

A gentle sensation.

Whether you can sense it or not,

Every part of your body is energy and energy is vibration.

So with this information,

As you sense the sensation of the crown of the head,

Perhaps you feel a subtle tingling,

A subtle sensation of vibration,

Of energy.

Just be here for a few moments sensing this sensation.

Now let the sense of vibration spread across the entire skull.

You can visualize a beautiful brightness spreading across the skull and the brain.

A beautiful luminescence filling up the skull space,

The brain space.

Even as you are connecting inwardly,

Your brain wave patterns are now changing.

From a fast-paced beta to a relaxed alpha.

And as we continue,

It is changing towards healing theta.

And as you dip even deeper,

Changing to transformative delta vibrations.

So all of this is happening and I just want you to sink deep and be with the sensations as well as a sense of space,

Soft luminescence,

As well as a sense of space,

Soft luminescence,

Lightness.

And now become aware of your forehead.

Let the energy here relax fully.

The brain pattern here is always firing to solve your problems.

But right now you are telling this part to let go,

To relax,

To trust the greater intelligence,

The greater essence universal intelligence.

So let the forehead,

The prefrontal cortex completely relax.

As a wave of individual consciousness,

You are resting into the infinite ocean of universal consciousness.

Now become aware of your eyes.

Feel them gently relax into the socket.

Become aware of your lower jaw.

Feel them gently release and relax.

Become aware of your lips,

Your tongue,

The palate,

The inner mouth,

All of them softening,

Relaxing.

Now start to become aware of you as this presence,

As this sense of self.

As this presence,

As this sense of self.

Let this sense of self start to defrost.

From being frozen in ignorance,

From being frozen in ignorance,

From being frozen in ignorance,

From being frozen in ignorance with identity entrapments,

Let it melt,

Let it defrost,

Let it dissolve from relationship identities,

From job identities,

From job identities.

Let the sense of self dissolve from identification with the name and form of the body.

Let the sense of self dissolve from all mental pains,

From all stories of the past.

Let the present moment self defrost and dissolve from the past habituated self.

Let it dissolve from all bitterness,

From all sadness.

The great poisons of daily life,

The different emotions,

The different hormonal secretions in response to different emotions,

They all serve as poison to our various cells.

They poison our energy field.

Now from all of that you are dissolving.

From the delusion of entrapment,

You are dissolving into freedom.

You are dissolving into peace.

Now softly,

You are being one with the creative womb essence of you,

You are entering the state and vibrations of the creative womb essence.

Connect to your power of intention.

On who you want to be.

The softly ever unfolding future space time is listening to you.

How do you want your body to look and feel?

Look into this inner creative space.

Like you're looking into a creative mirror.

See your body as how you would like to see.

Free from the past.

Feel your body now as how you would like to feel in the future.

But feel as it is already happening now.

Feel your body as full of energy,

Vitality,

Strength,

And free from all pains and illnesses.

Be here for a few moments as you visualize and as you stir your power of intention and visualization to create your own body.

As the future space time is unfolding,
