Too many of us are doing a great job healing our own traumas but feel surprised when it still doesn't heal us. Maybe we forget that we are dealing not only with our own traumas and painbodies, but the collective ones as well. Please note: This audio is ripped from a video.

Hello everyone,

I hope that you're doing amazing where you are in the world.

My name is Boomshakha and I welcome you to my channel.

As always,

I'm really grateful that you're listening,

Subscribing and commenting.

I really appreciate the support.

And in this video,

I wanted to speak to you about collective pain bodies.

I have spoken about the female pain body in a previous video.

The term pain body comes from Eckhart Tolle's book,

The New Earth or A New Earth.

It's a great book if you haven't read it already.

I'm sure you guys have.

It's very popular and it's one of the best sellers.

It talks specifically about pain bodies.

I know a lot of us in general have spoken about how we have this deep innate sadness.

A deep innate sort of pain that's inherent within all of us.

Some of us are more conscious of this pain,

This sadness.

Some of us are able to ignore it better.

If you're an empath,

Then the sadness is very apparent to you.

If you're highly sensitive,

Again it's very apparent to you.

You're not able to ignore it.

You go into these moods or these funks where you really get deep into these pain bodies,

Into these moments of sadness and deep,

Deep sadness.

Everything just seems like everything is just falling apart and you have no hope or no ecstasy about the future anymore.

No joy for the future anymore.

It's very common for highly sensitive people or empaths or INFJs or people like that to get into these moments of funk,

Of depression,

Of a spiral of sadness where they're just not able to get themselves out of it.

These are called pain bodies.

In general,

There are many different kinds of pain bodies within your body,

Within your psyche,

Within your spirit.

The one that I wanted to speak to you about today is a collective pain body.

I'm just kind of talking to you about my interpretation of it,

What I think about it,

What I thought about it and what I feel about it based on my intuition,

Based on my learning,

Based on my experiences.

So,

Of course,

I read Akatole's book and I do recommend you go read the book if you want more of a detail on this.

But I'll just I just want to share my own experience with the pain body,

With the collective pain body and what I think about it.

Now,

One of the things you probably have noticed recently is that there is a lot of pain in the world right now.

There is a lot of activation of pain bodies in the world right now.

That's one of the reasons why the BLM movement is so going so strong right now is because it was just like enough is enough.

We've been we've been our pain bodies have been activated over and over and over again and we're done and we can't handle it anymore.

And so then obviously it explodes again.

Obviously,

I think the pandemic has something to do with it as well,

Because it's the mother Earth's pain body.

The mother Earth is like,

All right,

You know,

You guys have done a lot to me already and I think I'm done with this.

I'm going to have to correct something here.

And so,

Of course,

The pandemic happened.

Now,

You can blame the human beings for it or you can blame whatever.

It doesn't really matter.

The idea is that there is a correction that's happening at this moment in time.

And that's what happens with the pain body is that it becomes stronger and stronger and stronger and you become more and more aware of it.

And then it just explodes.

And then you're really able to see it and deal with it.

And then you're able to go past it.

And that's what the whole point of it is.

Because unless I feel like unless human beings are really given a strong pain,

A strong message,

A strong push in the right direction,

We are able to ignore it for a long time to come.

Right.

And so it's very easy for us to keep on numbing ourselves with shopping,

With carbs,

With sugar,

With coffee,

With whatever it might be,

Your choice of drug.

And so you numb yourself until the pain body becomes so strong that you just can't ignore it anymore.

Right.

And so you've also probably noticed that sometimes you visit a particular city or a country and you notice that the pain body of the country is very heavy.

This is especially true for extremely old countries.

That's why when you go to Europe or London,

Russia has a really strong pain body,

Obviously,

Because of all the communism and all the pain that was caused by that.

I would say America has a very strong pain body as well,

Not only because it's an older country,

But also because of all of the massacres of Indians,

Native Indians that happened a long time ago and is still happening.

And all of the indigenous tribes that were destroyed and annihilated and all the species that were destroyed and annihilated.

And also,

Obviously,

All of the atrocities being committed against people of color.

And so you will notice that when you go to a certain city,

A certain country,

All of a sudden you feel this sort of heaviness in your body,

Especially as I said,

If you're an empath and you're used to feeling this kind of stuff,

You'll go into a particular room,

Particular family,

A particular zone,

A particular country.

And you'll notice that there is a heaviness in the atmosphere.

It's not because something terrible happened.

They didn't just have a fight.

And that's why that heaviness exists.

It's just inherent in the atmosphere,

In the molecules of all of the air and the stuff in that country.

It's just so deeply ingrained within it that you just can't escape it.

That's how powerful these pain bodies can be.

And of course,

As I said,

It's a collective pain body.

So it's because of not only the people that are alive right now,

So all of the pain that we're suffering right now because of the pandemic,

Because of all of the BLM movement.

Because of all the wars are going on in the world,

The slavery that's going on in the world,

The sex slaves,

The child slaves,

The women slaves,

All of the different slaves are out there.

All of the negativity,

All of them.

I mean,

There's so much going on in the world right now.

All of the species that are dying,

All of the violence and war and all that.

So all of that obviously creates a pain body as well.

And it's a collective pain body because of all of the human beings and species and beings on the planet that are experiencing pain.

And that creates a collective pain body.

So there is a collective pain body of the whole biosphere,

Like the whole earth,

All of the beings on this earth,

On this planet,

Not only human beings,

But every being.

And then there's a country pain body,

Which is based on the country and their past and their history and the pain and the experience in the past.

For example,

One of the reasons why I think Toronto and Canada in general,

Even though we have committed a lot of atrocities against the native Indians in the past,

It has a smaller pain body than America.

It's because it wasn't as bad as what the Americans did,

But also it's not such an old country.

Canada is a relatively new country.

I think it's 150 years old.

Oh my God,

I should be ashamed,

But I don't know how old it is.

Definitely younger than the US.

And so again,

The collective pain body is a little bit smaller,

Not that much smaller,

But a little bit smaller than America.

So when you come to Toronto,

You don't feel that heaviness that you feel when you go to New York or when you go to California.

But California is not as bad as New York and it's not as bad as Detroit.

So different places,

Again,

Have a different collective pain body depending on what has happened in the past there.

When you go to India or Cambodia,

You don't feel that much of a pain body as much as you do in America because the people have a more lighthearted manner about it.

And they also have this,

There's a lot of Buddhism in the culture and there's a lot of religion,

A lot of spirituality in the culture.

And so they're able to let go of it much easier.

The same thing with Thailand.

Thailand,

When I go there,

There is very minuscule pain body there because of the Buddhist culture,

Because it's very much like let go and don't worry about the past and whatever happens,

Happens.

And very much about trusting the universe and all that.

But also they were never conquered by anyone.

They were never a colony.

They didn't really deal with any of that kind of stuff.

Buddhism is very strong there.

And there's a lot of temples and a lot of meditation going on all the time.

Monks,

Hundreds of monks meditating constantly.

And of course,

That elevates the country as a whole.

It elevates the people in the country as a whole.

I'm not saying they're perfect,

But again,

Their collective pain body is much smaller.

And you'll notice that I notice it when I go to Thailand.

I feel lighter.

I feel like time moves slower.

I feel more comfortable.

I don't feel that my pain body gets activated very rapidly.

Whereas when I go to some other countries,

As I said,

It's as if like I am being inundated by pain,

By all of the collective pain of the past generations,

Of the past ancestors,

All of my female ancestors,

All of my male ancestors.

All of their pain just kind of feels like it's all I'm feeling it all at once.

So again,

Obviously,

It also depends on your collective pain body,

Dependent on your family.

If your family and your ancestors have had a lot of pain in their culture or sorry,

In their lives,

Then of course,

You're going to feel that pain as well.

And so all of this to share that there's a lot more forces,

Many more forces that are affecting us.

Our pain,

Our moods,

Our psyche,

Our spirit,

Many more forces affecting us than we actually are aware of.

Right.

And that's why I wanted to kind of do this video is because we think then,

Yeah,

You know,

I'm feeling weird today.

I'm feeling down.

Why is that?

I don't know.

It could be because of the pain body.

Like a lot of times I'll just get up in the morning.

I'm like,

I feel really sad today.

Really,

Really sad.

And because I know that this happens sometimes,

You know,

I might have activated something while I was dreaming or,

You know,

Something might have happened to activate something.

I might have happened to activate some random pain body in my body or in someone in some ancestors body or in some someone's body around me.

And so I'm feeling it.

And so I know that there's a lot of things that just cannot be explained.

Right.

And that's one of the reasons I whenever I'm like,

You know,

Let's try and explain something.

A lot of times I'm like,

You can't explain everything.

And that's one of the reasons why I say,

You know,

Sometimes you have to just be like,

All right,

Might just be something that I can't explain.

And I just have to deal with it by taking care of myself.

And so instead of being like,

All right,

Let's try to explain all the reasons for what's going on.

How about you be like,

All right,

Something is going on.

I don't know exactly what it is.

It could be a number of different things.

How about I just take care of myself in this moment in time?

How about I just feel it,

Obviously feel the pain,

Don't run away from it.

There's a reason it's there.

There's a message that it carries and I feel it and then let it go,

You know,

Move past and move through it and to the other side.

And then move on.

Right.

Because,

Again,

If we just keep on enamoring ourselves or being inundated or secluded by this pain body,

Then we're never going to move forward.

We're always going to be sitting around in pain because there is a lot of pain that human beings and beings in general have created over a lifetime.

I mean,

We've killed a lot of beings that were from the time we became homo sapiens.

We've,

You know,

Annihilated species.

We've killed the planet in a lot of different ways.

There's a lot of things that we've done that are terrible.

And so,

Of course,

There's a lot of negativity that's associated with that and a lot of pain.

And so if we want to live in this world and if we want to get over it and we want to move forward and we want to keep on living,

Then we have to get over it in some manner,

Shape or form.

And we have to keep on taking care of ourselves.

I hope this helps.

I wanted to do a brief spiel on this because I was thinking about it recently and a person asked me a question about it as well.

And hopefully this is helpful.

If you have any questions about this or about pain bodies in general,

Of course,

Go read Eckhart Tolle's book,

A New Earth.

Or obviously ask me the question and maybe if I know the answer,

I'll try to do a video about it and try to explain it.

OK.

Again,

Thank you so much for listening,

For being on my channel.

I really appreciate the support and I shall see you guys next time around.

Bye for now.
