Hello and welcome.
I am Candy Foster and I will be your guide today for this meditation to become one with Mother Earth.
To become one with her is to heal your own Earth Star Chakra from any number of blocks.
When working with Mother Earth's energies,
We can heal issues with our own mothers or as mothers ourselves.
We can clear away stress and fear that we may be holding onto.
So let's begin.
This session is Reiki infused so if you are willing to receive this Reiki energy,
Just say yes.
Find a comfortable place where you won't be disturbed and settle in.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Breathe in again deeply and out again fully.
Now take one more deep breath in and let it all go.
As you settle into a more natural breath,
Notice yourself settling into your physical space.
Notice the connection between you and the surface beneath you.
Feel your heaviness in this place.
Notice your weight on the surface.
Imagine the surface becoming the ground covered in lush green grass.
You lie down and feel that connection with your whole body.
Feel the energy soaking into your body as though you just plugged into the Earth's energy.
In this place,
What do you hear?
What do you feel and smell?
Allow the energy of the Earth to just soak into your skin wherever a connection is made.
Receive this energy as the blessing that it is.
The longer you lie here,
The more you receive.
The less fear you experience and everything starts to feel more comfortable.
Allowing this energy to soothe your nervous system and calm your soul.
Let the heat of life out of your dark bodies.
Rave the room.
Feel your vibration rising the longer you lie here,
Reconnecting,
Recharging,
And relaxing.
Recharging and realigning the Mother Earth.
Once you feel fully reconnected with the source,
Imagine yourself standing up again.
Notice your feet feel more connected to the ground from beneath the surface of the Earth.
This is your healed Earth Star Chakra holding you firmly connected to the planet,
Keeping you grounded as you move forward with your day,
Keeping you safe and secure and truly connected and one with Mother Earth.
It's time to come back now to the here and now.
Notice the physical space around you,
Take a deep breath in and release.
Start to move your body lightly and come back fully when you are ready.
