Creating right now through you,
Through you as the self,
The true you,
Will bring you an extraordinary new way of processing your humanness.
And when you breathe in deeply,
Powerfully and rhythmically and acknowledge to your heart that you love it,

This beauty and acknowledgement of yourself that all of life is a shape-shifting experience,
Breathing in deeply,

Absorbing this shape-shifting experience,
We will begin to allow ourselves to experience life as a fluid moving thing,
Shape-shifting is not anything other than infusing yourself with the identity of your total potential at every moment and this total potential at every moment is a meditative one,
You're experiencing this meditative experience now,
Feel it,
Invite yourself now to meditate on the new self you see yourself as being,
Feel that you and that person,
She or he,
Are one,
You become one mortal self,
And invite yourself to just continue to focus on this meditative space,
Shaping your identity to create a new,
More powerful one,
I am shaping my new identity now and I am superimposing my new belief about myself onto others.
This is my truth and my trust in this truth feeds me with essence and life force and radiance of that new identity,
Whatever the identity is,

It,
He is strongly connected to your truth,
It's strongly connected to life force,
Radiant power,
Begin to focus on those three words,
The essence,
The life force and radiance of your own new reality,
This is your own potential,
You're superimposing your own potential on yourself,
You're doing this now,
So you can feel the essence of the true you emerge and take shape,
You have now shapeshifted and you have created in your new identity and you will find you are transforming into your potential,
A shapeshifting,
Loving,
Cherished person,
You could even invite Earth Mother as a channel to consciously create with her,
For she is your first mother and she will begin to birth your receiving heart,
So by shapeshifting and consciously aligning yourself by being in nature,
Attuning to Earth Mother's forces,
You'll begin to feel this new person and whom she is or he is and what that view of yourself can bring to you,
For this self can embrace only one thing,
Self-love for your own inner wisdom,
The shapeshifting experience invites you to take responsibility,
I now take responsibility,
I feel the shape of my true one self,
My real self emerge,
This new belief about yourself will see the release of people who are no longer interested in you or you become no longer interested in them,
Those who love and cherish you will love this new view of yourself because you're kinder to yourself,
You feel more radiant within yourself,
You feel more life force to tackle the big challenges,
You know that this potential is there within you and you're inviting yourself to create with your own potential by inviting your heart to say to you,
Heart how can we create together my potential,
My radiant energetic self that brings me any moment,
My total potential,
My total potential now.
This energy will begin to acknowledge you as that self,
We begin to individually and collectively see life as a shapeshifting experience,
Everything is fluid,
Everything is movement,
We're going with the flow,
We're feeling the flow inside us,
We become the flow,
We allow ourselves to become a loving,
Cherished,
Shapeshifting person to ourselves.
This is a birthing,
A birthing of yourself as a receiving heart,
Feeling the receiving heart of yourself being superimposed upon your mind-based view of yourself.
It's safe to shapeshift for I've let my own or identity go and I'm birthing my new identity.
