I Have Enough, I Am Enough - Live Community Meditation

The truth is simple. You are enough. You are a child of the Universe, a part of perfection. When we move into the habit energy of hustle, of doing, this is simply a forgetting of this truth. In this practice we move through a simple practice of remembering. Of tuning into our enough-ness and being with the truth of perfection.

Find your comfortable seat of meditation so the posture can be seated or you can choose a laying posture.

If you are choosing seated that will help you to be more awake,

More aware of the words and the guidance being shared.

If you're needing deeper rest,

Deeper relaxation in the body and the mind then perhaps laying down would be more comfortable for you.

So finding your center now and we do this by bringing balance to the body so equal weight on both sides of the body and then feeling the energetic center of both your physical body and your energetic body.

Just moving and shifting until you feel an ease,

A balance arise within.

And as you find your center,

As you find that space of balance,

That inner pendulum that holds you in place,

Holds you in centeredness,

In balance.

Feel your hips rooted down into the ground.

So if you're sitting on a chair or another surface,

Feel,

Sense or intend that your hips are actually being pulled energetically down into the earth below.

Really feel into the space below,

Into the connection with Gaia,

With Mother Earth,

With Pachamama.

As we enter into the season of spring,

What a perfect time to be connecting in with the earth.

With the life giving,

Nourishing earth that is below you at all times.

So imagine yourself planted here,

Really rooted down into the earth.

With this connection,

Very strongly grounding you.

Feel an energetic lifting from your root,

From your hips,

All the way up through your spine,

The back of your neck and the top of your head.

Your chin can tuck slightly.

And if you're laying,

Just simply bring some space in between the vertebra,

Lengthening out the spine,

Creating a clear and open energetic channel.

And as you inhale,

Start to draw the nourishment up from Mother Earth below,

All the way up through the energetic body,

All the way up to the top of the head.

And as you exhale,

Exhale the energy back down,

Cleansing your energetic center and offering whatever it is that you need to release or let go of back into the earth.

So we inhale the energy of the earth all the way up,

Touching the top of the physical and energetic body.

And then as we exhale,

That energy is cleansing and moving down,

Releasing and letting go of.

So continue that breath.

Inhale up.

And as you are exhaling the energy of release,

The energy of letting go into the earth,

Please know that this is a gift.

So you can think of it as a nourishing mix of compost is gifted to the earth and that actually contributes to the nourishment that is then gifted back to us.

So know that whatever you are letting go of,

Whatever you are releasing truly is a gift to the earth.

So inhale up the nourishment.

Exhale,

Release,

Let go and gift whatever it is that no longer serves you.

I'm going to continue this breath for a few more rounds.

Starting to draw up the energy on your inhale.

Then on your next exhale,

Let's gift an old belief.

Let's gift the belief of unworthiness,

Of not enoughness to the earth below.

We feel the earth receive that gift.

Then on your inhale,

Drop new nourishment.

Exhale,

Release and surrender the belief that I am not enough,

That I don't have enough.

Continue the breath.

Continue the cleansing and the release.

Really feel the alchemization of these belief patterns of the energy,

The energy that you are drawing in and the energy that you're gifting.

Really recognize this energetic exchange,

This cycle of death and rebirth.

So we're surrendering the beliefs that no longer serve us.

I don't have enough.

I am not enough.

Delivering those,

Alchemizing them in the earth as they decompose,

As they are shifted into the more elemental forms,

The simpler forms of nourishment.

These limiting beliefs that we create,

That we hold onto are complex.

They are conditional.

The truth is always simple.

The truth is always connected to universal truth.

So if we believe that we live in a flawed universe,

Then we will believe that we are flawed.

But if we can return to the truth that perfection is all that exists in the universe,

Then we can incorporate that belief into self.

Perfection is all that exists within me.

So really draw up that belief on your next inhale from the earth.

Perfection is all that exists.

Start to gift,

Release,

Relax anything that no longer serves you.

Now we're going to shift our breath up into our heart space.

First offering gratitude to the earth below,

Thankfulness for this alchemization that has occurred,

For the gifts we have received and the gifts that have been received.

And then with our attention and our awareness settled in the heart space,

We start to expand awareness here.

Just noticing the quality of this energetic space without shifting or changing it.

Just noticing where you are at right here,

Right now.

Seeing the witness,

Witnessing your energetic heart center,

Feeling into the space,

Feeling into the energy present there,

Feeling into emotions,

Anything that is currently being held in the energetic heart center.

We often hold beliefs or patterns or concerns or struggles or traumas that are needing attention.

Just notice what you are holding right now and allow this to be there.

Allow your experience,

Allow your present state of mind,

Of body,

Of being to be enough.

There's nothing to change.

There's nothing to do.

Simply be with it.

Relax into what is.

If you feel able,

Bring in the energy of compassion.

Compassion is a grace that holds what is.

Again,

Without needing to change,

Without needing to evolve or grow,

Just learning to be with and so hold this.

When I bring compassion into my heart,

It feels like a softening,

Like a deep breath.

I don't need to do anything to deserve compassion.

I don't need to be anything different than who I am.

What I am is enough.

When we act out of this space of enoughness,

There is no expectation.

There is no requirement for approval.

There is no need to be loved,

To be respected,

To be supported because we know in our heart that we contain all of these within.

Now I invite you to draw your attention up to your third eye.

So to the space in between your eyebrows,

Just slightly above.

There is a nice soft spot there and it connects in with the centre of your brain into the pineal gland.

This is a light sensitive gland that connects with inner sight with your third eye chakra.

This intuitive seeing,

Also known as Chitakash or Pachana Chakra.

So just feeling,

Sensing or intending that this space,

This energetic centre is now being enlivened.

It's now being activated.

Remember this is done with softness.

There's no need to do here.

It's this very simple intention,

A very simple willingness to see,

To be aware of.

I invite you with this chakra activated with your intuitive seeing to be engaged with.

To see in your life where you are hustling for your worth.

Where you are choosing action over being.

And as any mental images or insights come to mind,

Hold these with compassion.

So use the same energy of compassion that you cultivated in your heart space to hold any awareness,

Any insights that arise.

Repeating the affirmation,

I have enough.

I am enough.

I have enough.

I am enough.

I have enough.

I am enough.

And seeing clearly with your intuitive mind how you can shift into a greater state of self while still moving through your daily life while still creating and exploring.

How can you embody this enoughness?

Seeing so clearly your day ahead as you embody this.

I have enough.

I am enough.

What would your interactions with others be like?

How would you show up in your work?

How would you look forward into the future when you know I have enough?

I am enough.

So take the time to envision your day ahead and anything else that you have been worrying about or considering,

Bringing the energy of enoughness to it.

Seeing clearly how you can be with this,

Embodying the knowing that I have enough.

I am enough.

Now we're going to move back to the original breath that we began with.

You'll notice that there's a new quality to your energetic movement of breath.

So as you inhale up from the earth all the way up to the top of your head passing through your third eye,

There's a softness now.

And as you exhale back down,

Releasing and letting go of any old beliefs.

Feels easy.

Inhale up this nourishment.

Inhale any remnants of old belief.

Inhale up the quality of enoughness.

The earth does not need for you to worship her.

The earth does not need for you to recognize that she is enough.

She simply is enough.

She simply is.

Let's do three full deep breaths together to close.

And if you'd like,

You can continue to drop this earth energy in your in breath.

So inhale all the way up.

Exhale audibly.

Slowly releasing and sinking down.

Inhale up.

Exhaling,

Letting go,

Softening.

One more.

Good.

And then when you feel ready,

Coming back to the space,

Linking your eyes open,

And then drawing your awareness again to the world around you.

To this space that you are in that is enough.

To the body that you are in that is enough.

To the day ahead that is enough.

To the relationships you have that are enough.
