Welcome to the 7 chakras sound tune up.

I'm Cecilia and I'll be your guide for this journey to experience the sounds of each chakra.

Sit somewhere comfortable and close your eyes.

Relax your shoulders,

Keeping your spine straight but not rigid.

Your feet is grounded on the floor and slightly apart.

Is your mind busy or quiet?

Are there any tensions in your body?

Continue to breathe and bring your awareness to any discomfort or sensations in your body.

Simply notice them without judgment or resistance.

Now let your awareness sink down to your lower abdomen.
