Manifesting Abundance - Jewish Walking Meditation

I invite you to stand with your feet deeply rooted in the earth,

And your eyes closed,

And allow yourself to experience that coming out of the bottoms of your feet,

There are roots that sink deep and wide,

Deep and wide,

Deep and wide into the earth,

Like the roots of a tree that knows how to soak in nourishment from the earth,

And how to return a sweetness back into the earth.

Allow yourself to experience every breath as if the inhale is a soaking in of nourishment from the earth,

And every exhale is a return of what you have to offer back to the earth,

Breathing in ever more slowly,

And letting go ever more deeply,

And as you do so,

Allow your heart to expand with the love that you are receiving from creation,

And as you do so,

Allow your heart to expand with the love that you are receiving from creation,

With the nourishment you are receiving from creation,

And with the gifts you are receiving from creation,

In this moment,

And this moment,

And this moment,

Because just like everything else on this planet,

You were created with a divine hand,

And allow yourself to feel as it were that hand forming you,

And loving you,

And blessing you,

And soak it in with the hum breathing in,

Mmmmm,

And again,

Mmmmm,

You are a beautiful creation just as you are a precious one,

Because you were created in the image,

And it's time that you remember the divinity that you are,

The royalty that you are,

And the beauty that you are,

Feel like a crown over your head,

Encircling the crown of your head are the letters that make up the divine name of our creator,

Yud,

And He,

And Vav,

And He,

Circling your head like a crown,

Reminding you that you are a child of God,

A beloved of the Holy One,

And feel the top of your head opening up,

Ready to receive the light that reminds you of who you are,

Because precious one,

The king is in the field,

And when you know your royalty,

And your divinity,

And your beauty,

You can walk in the field with the Holy One,

So as you see these letters circling your head,

Open up that crown ever more,

And feel the first letter slipping right into your head,

The letter Yud,

Experience it in the center of your head,

Offering you its light,

The light of Chokhmah,

Of wisdom,

And the light of Binah,

Of understanding,

Feel the light of that Yud bursting out of the letter,

And filling your entire head,

So that your face radiates with its light,

And anyone who sees you in this moment can feel the light shining out of your face,

As a child of God that you are,

As a beloved of the Holy One that you are,

And now feel that second letter of the divine name,

The letter He,

Entering in through the top of your head,

And making its way down,

Until the top of the He meets you between the shoulders,

And the legs of the He fill your arms with its light,

A light that loves with chesed,

With loving-kindness,

And a light that creates safety and containment with Gevurah,

Feel that light filling your shoulders and your arms,

And helping you hold yourself up,

As the child of God that you are,

As the beloved of the Holy One that you are,

And feel that light filling your shoulders and arms to bursting,

So that that light shines out of the palms of your hands,

Ready to bless the world with your love and your safety,

And now experience the third letter of the divine name,

The letter Vav,

Slipping in through the top of your head,

And coming down until it slides right into your spine,

Its perfect and rightful home,

And feel its light filling your spine,

The light of Tiferet,

Reminding you of the beauty that you are,

And experience that light bursting out of your spine and filling the entire trunk of your body,

With the light that's so brilliant,

And so beautiful,

And so loving that it bursts right out of your heart,

And now allow your awareness to ascend to the top of your head,

Where you can see the last letter of the divine name,

Another He,

And see it slipping in through the crown of your head,

And making its way down and down,

Until the top of the He meets you between the hips,

And the legs of the He fill you with its light,

The light of Netzach that guides you forward into the future,

And the light of Hod that invites you to appreciate the present moment just as it is,

And so here you are,

Precious one,

Fully aware of your divinity,

A standing manifestation of Yud,

And He,

And Vav,

And He,

And as a beacon of the divine,

Feel that light that is in your legs,

Slipping out through the bottoms of your feet,

And blessing the earth herself,

Shining that light through the roots below you,

Into the very center of the earth,

Blessing this planet that it should be a place of light,

And of peace,

And of beauty,

And now I invite you to open your eyes,

Ready to gaze upon the world with a divine eye,

With a loving eye,

And ready to walk as a manifestation of Yud,

And He,

And Vav,

And He,

And now walk,

Take one step,

And another step,

Experience yourself as pure light,

Pure light,

Pure love,

Pure love,

And pure compassion,

And passion,

Feel that light shining out of your face,

Out of the palms of your hands,

Out of your heart,

And out of the bottoms of your feet with every step you take,

Precious one,

Because you were created in the image of divine,

You were created to be a light upon the nations of this world,

Upon the planet herself,

Upon every person you see,

Experience yourself as pure light,

Pure light,

Pure love,

Pure love,

And pure compassion,

And passion,

Feel that light shining out of your face,

Out of the palms of your hands,

Out of your heart,

And out of the bottoms of your feet with every step you take,

Precious one,

Because you were created in the image of divine,

You were created to be a light upon the nations of this world,

Upon the planet herself,

Upon every person you see,

Walk,

Take one step,

And another step,

As a manifestation of light,

Of Yud,

And He,

And Vav,

And He,

Feel those letters in your body,

Experience the light that radiates out of your face,

That radiates out of the palms of your hands,

That radiates out of your heart,

And that radiates from the bottoms of your feet,

Experience the light that radiates out of your face,

That radiates out of the palms of your hands,

That radiates out of your heart,

And that radiates from the bottoms of your feet,

Blessing life itself,

Blessing the planet herself,

Blessing every creature on this planet,

Plant life,

Animals,

Beings,

Humans,

Everyone you see,

Plant life,

Because you,

Precious one,

Are a blessing,

You are a child of God,

You are the beloved of the divine,

So walk as a child of God,

How would you move if you knew in this moment with absolute certainty that you are the most beloved of the divine,

That you are the precious child of God,

Walk straight-headed with your back erect,

Moving with light,

And love and joy as Yud,

And He,

And Vav,

And He,

Shine the light of your wisdom out of your face,

Shine the light of beauty that you are,

And the beauty that you see in life around you,

From your core,

From the center of your heart,

And shine it everywhere,

And shine the light of Netzach,

Of forward movement,

And success,

And wonder,

And shine the light of Hod,

The ability to appreciate and stand in awe of all of creation,

Shine your light,

Precious one,

As a walking manifestation of Yud,

And He,

And Vav,

And He,

Of Yud,

And He,

And Vav,

And He,

You are a reflection of the divine,

You are created in the image of the divine,

You are a reflection of the divine,

And He,

Walk with that knowing,

Shine that knowing out of your face,

Out of your hands,

Out of your heart,

And from the bottoms of your feet,

Deep into the earth,

Because you,

Precious one,

Are a child of God,

You are the child of God,

You are the beloved of the holy one,

All you have to do now is remember,

Is live,

Is walk with that light,

Is shine that light,

And all you have to do now is remember,

And be that light,

Now I invite you to slow down your steps,

And to close your eyes,

And bring those beautiful hands of yours to your precious heart,

And to bless yourself,

To remember as you move throughout your day,

That you are a walking emissary of the divine,

That you are the child of God,

The child of God,

That you are child of God,

And the beloved of the holy one.
