Explore MeditationCharlotte is a yoga teacher and trauma sensitive yoga facilitator, certified in TCTSY-F, a clinical intervention for complex (relational) PTSD and treatment resistant PTSD. Her teaching explores the interface between neurobiology and ancient wisdom, incorporating bodywork, breath-focused and meditative tools drawn from across Yoga, Tantric, Yin Yoga and Buddhist practice that equip people to regulate their nervous system and sustain greater physiological, mental and emotional stability. This can help to support a capacity for safe, mutually nurturing relationships, adaptability to an ever-changing world and thus openness to curiosity and joy in life. She also teaches trauma sensitive yoga and is a facilitator on healing-focused psilocybin retreats in The Netherlands for German and international guests.
