Today we begin our day with gratitude. Gratitude offers an opportunity to tap into a higher vibration, an uplifted sense of being. This meditation will raise your vibration, improve your mindset, allow positive thoughts to flow and this will then ripple throughout your day.

Hello and welcome.

Today we're going to focus on gratitude as the object of our attention for our meditation today.

This is a really beautiful practice.

An amazing meditation for you to do before you start your day.

Tapping into that energy of gratitude really does uplift and raise your vibration so you can step into your day feeling really really good and watch how things just fall into place magically that you get more things to feel grateful for.

Once we're in that energy of gratitude we just get more things to be grateful for.

So let's begin.

Get comfortable.

Find your spot.

Whether that's sitting or lying down.

Get your blanket.

Get your cushion.

Get cozy.

And when you're ready you can begin to close your eyes.

And let's take a deep breath here.

Breathing in deeply and releasing.

And again another deep breath in here.

And letting that go.

Beginning to relax.

Beginning to feel things start to settle down.

Watching as your breath and your body and your mind starts to calm down.

Continue to watch your breath.

Just enjoy this space here.

This ritual you've created for yourself.

And let's tap into the gratitude for yourself for being here today.

For showing up to this practice.

For giving yourself the space to reset or relax or begin again.

Begin into that gratitude now.

Feel so good to take care of yourself.

That I am grateful.

And you can repeat that to yourself.

I am grateful.

Feel so good to be me.

So now we're going to flow in a different direction with our gratitude.

What can you be grateful for today?

Is it this moment?

Is it something that you have planned today?

Is it your home?

Is it your body?

Is it your health?

Is it your job?

Your family?

Let's tap into that gratitude now.

I am grateful for.

Just let that list just run.

And we're going to remain in this space,

This energy of allowing all of those things that you're grateful for just to ripple through you.

You might even feel like you have a smile starting to build on your face.

Let's just stay here in this space and silence tapping into this beautiful energy of gratitude.

I am grateful for.

I am grateful for.

Just relax.

Connecting still to this sense of gratitude and stillness that you have created.

You can release any of the affirmations or ideas or thoughts of gratitude that you have right now.

Coming back to your breath.

And let's take a deep breath in here.

And letting that go.

And let's take a really big deep breath here.

And releasing it.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

Amazing.

How good does it feel to tap into gratitude?

Such a beautiful practice to start your day.

Letting that to ripple throughout your being and then ripple out to those around you.

Everybody who you have contact with today will feel that sense of gratitude and you will feel it too.

And it will keep bouncing back to you.
